I walk outside this morning with my JSA omnibus in hand. Look to the left, look to the right, to the left, to the right, scratch my head, look again, walk around, fuck me my car is gone.

Long story short, I have my car back. I have Onstar and they were able to send the coordinates of my car to the police. It was only a few blocks away. They rummaged through the car and made a huge mess but only took about $1.70 in change. No damage what so ever. They just ditched it. My E light being on may have saved me. The shitty part and its my fault, my wife gave me her spare key some time ago and I threw it the glove box and forgot about it. They have my spare key.

My options, change all the locks on the car.......$800! My dad and I talked and he was like, let it get stolen again if that's what's going to happen, hopefully they catch the person. To help deter the criminals, I did purchase a Club! My car looks so ghetto now, lol.

Yay, new comics tomorrow.

I'm waiting on my first month's Comic Cartel subscription order, and I really, really hope it works out. I ordered a few random titles from them a couple of months ago and the storage box was ultra cool, so I'm just hoping that everything goes smoothly on a subscription basis. It'll feel good to be less reliant on a LCS that randomly jacks up release day titles from cover price due to suspected rarity.

I've never played Heroclix, but I grabbed a great Damian Batman figure in Austin. It makes me sad that it's the only real merchandise with that design that I've seen.

Birdie's making the point that writers can handle multiple books at once. The debut of They're Not Like Us doesn't mean Nowhere Men is dead. That book is delayed indefinitely while the artist gets his personal life in order and can successfully produce some pages. The issue isn't Stephenson at all.

Damn you DC and Comixology! I thought my long waited Cassandra Batgirl series sale was happening No cas batgirl, no steph batgirl on sale (though I have this in trades). Even sticking with Babs why not give me the birds of prey series . Oh well I snagged a couple odd singles here and there but not what I hoped when I click the sale link.

But everyone get batgirl year one. It's amazing. I reread it earlier this summer and it was even better than I remembered.
