Are you referring to the jpg artifacting or to the hard lines between transitions? Because those have both been present since the new update went live.

5 is an amazing game. Not the best Resident Evil, but a fantastic game overall.
Not as good as 4, but way better than 6 and Revelations!

As I posted earlier I thought the combat is a bit uninspiring. And having to use Genesis to scan your environment and look for items is a pain in the butt. But I'm enjoying the game overall so far.

Well, at the very least one achievement requires if I recall correctly a second playthrough and in order to achieve one or two of the other ones you should have to know what to do during your playthrough.

There's a chapter select, so I don't think it's that tough. For the hats, you don't have to play anything over again, once you find them and check them, it's recorded.

Yeah this is true. Its better than my when my best friend ruined the ending for Batman Arkham City for me before I got a chance to beat it.

In case anyone isn't paying attention to Greenlight, Keen Dreams was posted a few days ago. Basically, this is a "lost episode" of the Commander Keen series. It takes places between the first 3 Keen games and the second set of 3 Keen games, it has a theme about vegetables, it has no ray gun and is also missing a number of normal series features, it was published by a different publisher... everything about it is kind of weird. It's not my favourite Keen, but the whole series deserves to be made available. The dev is also promising to look into achievements and other bonus content.

Moreover, the dev, who is just a random guy who licensed the game specifically for release and preservation, uploaded the game's entire source code to GitHub. So, that's pretty badass.

Even if you're not a fan of the series, I think this definitely meets the threshold to be Greenlit, so maybe lend it your vote?

This was the first part of the series I ever played back in the 90's - not sure it was ever "lost", but IIRC it was freeware. It was a decent platformer. The vegetable-throwing mechanic was amusing, although I didn't find it to be too difficult.

Still, I'm all for seeing it on Greenlight.

And yes, is exclusive of DS version. Reading the description, you need an item to summon him...I wonder if I edit my savegame to change the id of a potion to Dark Matter...I can summon it, right?

You should be able to if you can get the item in there. Now actually being able to beat him on a first playthrough... that might be a bit tough in itself. Read up into what augments work best on everyone and it'll really help in that fight, cause I fought him along time ago in the DS version and he is no joke.

NG+, as well as getting more augments which always help. You might be able to do it in the first playthrough, just level up alot and get used to the game because it's much much harder than FFIV on the SNES or any other version of the game. Going through the game, Protect/Shell and Blink are gonna be your best friends as well as haste.
