Its from Book 1 finale where Iroh shows off his hijacking skills.
Still no word on a trailer yet or even proper information about Book 4 as Nick is being real quiet about it at the moment even if it is the final season for Korra.

Well from what i could tell from Azula's answer to my question regarding Korra trailers, then book 3's trailer was also first shown one week before it's premier.

So between now and Friday, there'll be the off chance of leaked trailer, and then between Friday and Saturday, we'll get the official one?

Mako x Korra = endgame.

Will Happen:

Satch - if it doesn't happen, she will change her avatar to Mako (has to keep avatar change for an entire year)

Azula - I'll change my avatar to something hideous (some shitty waifu/deviant art pic or something)
Deimos - will let the thread choose his avatar change.

EDIT: For anyone that saw my original post, I'll still do what I posted. But I don't want people to flood the bets list just because of it. So I'll just do it as a surprise after the fact. So I'll let people sign up if they want to sign up etc. It kind of takes out the fun to have people only betting for an incentive. :P

I'm also going to be that next season will have a deus ex machina, Makorra is not the end game (it may happen midseason but I don't think it'll live until the end), but the most interesting bet on there is the whole "end of the Avatar" thing. That'd be really interesting considering that's kinda been the theme of Korra's run. I bet that the Avatar lineage will continue however.

If I lose any of the above bets, the winners can make edits to my Chris Pratt avatar and I will wear it for six months.

EDIT: Well, unless you think I should keep my original post. I was kind of having second thoughts on it, thinking that a bunch of people would come in here just to bet for that reason. I'm still going to give out said prizes. Just torn on whether I should do it as a surprise, or have it open now. What do you think?

I'm not quite as solid on Kale Hydra as I am in my wagers. I think the Suyin subplot is very grey with intrigue, though I am rather certain that Opal won't be implicated in any manner.

Still torn on how to do this. Apart of me doesn't want it like descending into a bunch of people flooding bets just to get a prize. Because before that, I think the bet pool thing was a lot of fun. So, apart of me just wants to make it a surprise at the end (I guess it's kind of late for that).

Should have thought before posting. Either way, I'm going to do it regardless. :D
 
I'd like to take a side, but I don't really want to change my avatar to anything but a dog with a classy outfit. So Chariot you don't have to bet with me to change it, somebody on the opposing side can do it.

For the sake of argument though: Opal isn't evil, and she ends up together with Bolin. They've made it a thing that Opal is interested in Bolin despite his shortcomings, so they'll stay together. She's the same as what's her face in ATLA who was into Sokka for little reason and they were the most vanilla background relationship in the show. Everybody Bolin has been interested in has had an issue and the creators probably got Opal simply to stop that particular trend to stop fans from complaining about poor Bolin.

Actually looking back at it the Book 3 trailer it came out about two weeks or so before the start of Book 3 in response to the leaks. The premiere date was only given a weeks notice which is still pretty insane.
Which kind makes it a tad worse that Nick still is yet to release a trailer for Book 4 hopefully we get something this Friday though.

What we can guess from that, would probably be that 1 week's notice was it's original intend then, before the leak?

Not putting out a trailer would be too cruel.

If only Netflix had all rights to the Avatar series.

I'm going to wait, only because I'm worried about it being a quick cash grab.

Platinum Games has an excellent history, so I'm not too worried about them fucking up. But Activision would totally push out an unfinished game if they thought they could make more, and Nick seems to be only interested with being done with the series ASAP, so I'm doubting those two companies' commitment.

I will also running around the internet crying and complaining as loud and as long as I can if it is just a cash grab.
 
Why on earth would they place it between season 2 and 3?

Korra loses her bending again? They just love kicking her down - I mean really, they LOVE taking things away from her, they've done it four times now. And why are the equalists back?

Placing it in the small gap of time between season 1 and 2 would have allowed them to address a pretty big gaping hole in the story (i.e the remnants of the equalists movement). Sure, you wouldn't be facing dark spirits but I think the equalists would be interesting enough to hold a game on their own.

I mean, this is canon right? Story better not fuck things up more.

Ugh, I'm gonna buy and play it anyways. But the concept of the game just sounds so dumb.

Nope sounds like from the previews they are going down the God of War path.

Her powers haven't been taken away completely, and as you go through the levels (with set pieces taken from the show such as Air Temple Island, Republic City, more), Korra will remember how to use her bending abilities once again.

Yeah, we control Korra in the wheelchair and the only thing we can do is slowly rolling around in Airtemple Island. At some point she has refuses to move and tears up until night falls and we only hear her sobs in the darkness while the credits run.
 
since this isn't airing on tv anymore, are nick going the netflix route of releasing every episode in one day, or still once a week? either way, im so pumped
