King of the Hill returns 8/4 for a new season

Toby Huss is taking over as Dale Gribble. He's pretty good and i'm glad they're keeping Dale.
Also if you're having doubts about the reboot check out the Beavis and Butthead reboot. It's pretty damn funny while faithful to the original.
Dude in B&B where they have people fight and the winner gets service and the loser is refused was pretty damn funny.

(Loser was autocorrected to lower?)

started rewatching King of the Hill

Pretty much skipping all the Peggy episodes, and beelining for the Khan and Luane ones

King of the Hill is legit incredibly popular in Japan. They kinda see it as American anime. And to think all this started cause Mike Judge was hammering a fence into the ground.

they need to do a revival of the critic. hachi machi!
Nah it needs to go back to being forgotten

Also, Jon Lovitz is doing like corporate cybersecurity awareness videos these days. lol

I was so excited for this I subscribed to Disney/Hulu for 3 months after receiving a tempting promotion. To my surprise it has It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, My Name Is Earl, and Malcolm in the Middle as well.

New trailer dropped today.

You know what, I have faith, not sure we had a thread for it here but the Beavis & Butthead new seasons have been great and they transported the characters to modern day well, so I have zero doubts Mike Judge has done it again here.

I am very much looking forward to this. King of the Hill is my "The office". I can rewatch the whole show every year without hating it. Sure some episodes here or there get skipped but I can honestly say the quality kept pretty consistent even on the older seasons. Not as good as the first seasons but there was always at least two to 5 episodes that were great. I've missed this show.

Toby's Dale voice is spot on in the new trailer, sounds a lot like the Johnny's voice while coming off as a little older. Trailer still had that familiar KotH vibe as well, really looking forward to it.

Great show, I just hope they keep the tone of the original. I'll be watching with an old judgmental eye to make sure they don't ruin a classic. Dale is my favorite.
