That was a quality ambient track. Thanks.
The YouTube video all those gifs are based off is the new b-roll, or new to us anyway.
I have it in the 1080p's. Not a public link, otherwise I'd share, and if my upload didn't stink I would upload it someplace seen as we've already seen the footage and Rushy tweeted to the YT video, so I wouldn't get ninja'd.
Alas make-do with some screens

Supersampled footage still has aliasing, just not anywhere near as prominent...
if those are actual gameplay shots i will be stunned. the beta footage does not look as clean, but we will find out soon!
Anyone purchasing racing wheel for this game?
This saddens me that we might not get a new Motorstorm from them.
That alone would sell me a PS4.
Pacific Rift was outstanding.
Looks like a heavy amount of post-process AA to me.

If remember correctly they would go for one round of extra AA, specificly for edges, not whole screen. But i could be wrong.
The bigger 1080p screens don't look that blurry.
But they're probably still compressed.
Looks like a heavy amount of post-process AA to me.

Guys, rushy already confirmed that it's gameplay from the final build. What more confirmation do we need? Are we going to go over the same back and forth like UC4?
Why does this screen shot look odd, looks little hazy.. I've watch this video many times, and the colours, like the red on the car look brilliant, this screen shot looks washed out?
I used the capture tool from my video player. Probably should have turned down the brightness before I did so.
*Leaves in shame*

Iq does look pretty fantastic. We'll see if it's downsampled in a week..
Where did he confirm this was real time gameplay running on a PS4?
I don't doubt it's gameplay. I doubt that it's running 100% real time
"It's a mixture. There's a pixel-based system that we're using, there's a temporal-based system, there's FXAA and there's actually a material-based system as well. We've only got four systems in place and we've got another for the key points that we don't quite hit. We obsess about the small details, so we're getting another one to go on top of that, to get on top of the very final image quality issues."
Ok. So we are doing what we did with UC4. Oh the fond memories...

Rushy said it's real time but didnt' say if it was running on a single PS4, I suspect they're using 8 of them to really crunch the intensive processes that are going on behind the scenes.
And Rushy isn't even the graphics programmer....gonna need confirmation from them before I believe it.
Go ahead and do it I sure most people would appreciate itGood to know.
Handling of the cars was nice. Very weighty. I recorded a couple of videos on my Nikon 5100. I'm tempted to upload to see if anyone wants to watch but I imagine by now most have seen enough.
Haha! Have you seen the thread about the new off-screen pic for UC4? I'm scared to see how that one turned out. Looked like things could escalate by the time I had left.
Before I saw your name I thought this was a serious post. Driveclub thread? Driveclub thread.

It'd look better on Xbone thanks to DX12.
I wonder if the PC version of Driveclub is using DirectX or if I will be able to play it on my Linux box.

Looks nice but whenever I watch the actual gameplay footage, I can't stand how boring it plays. Simulators are not for me.
Yeah I think this was recorded with the PS4 passed-through the Xbox One HDMI-in.It'd look better on Xbone thanks to DX12.
Haha. Anytime we come across a situation like this, I look up at the GAF logo and it cracks me up. The irony!
Haha. It's sad that it's come to this...
Only just over a week until the game is actually in people's hands and the crazy conspiracies can stop....
Wait, is this new video not replay mode? Image quality looks ridiculous.
And the comparisons can begin anew. *grabs popcorn*
Also, I thought the T100 wheel is compatibly with Driveclub and Project Cars. It has FF and is one of the wheels I'm considering.

Huh, interesting, I'll look into that one.
Definitely Xbox One footage.
Are we sure this is even an exclusive?
Gets me every time!
Simulators are not for me.

Wait, huh? I mean that was a fun little topic to discuss when comparing him to Joel because of the different styles of gameplay but I didn't know anyone was actually serious about it.We already have people commenting on "Drake's genocidal ways"

Hahah, right?
Always the same 4 or 5 themes in these threads, they just rotate.
