Yes to both. PS3/4/Vita are all region free so you can use Jap games on your US console.

It appears that this week's sales are "Best of Konami" with MGS, and CoD Ghost sale. Store hasn't updated, but just saw it on the PS3 XMB menu.
EDIT: It is those. Konami sale is MGS, PES, Castlevania. MGS for PSOne is 5usd. But it isn't fully updated yet, I saw Peace Walker on the PS3 menu, but I can't find it on the store.

I know which one you mean and I know she's gorgeous! I only own a few ones (mainly Saber figures) and haven't bought anything in the last few years because they are just too expensive
btw: just read via the Xseed twitter that Senran Kagura Burst is on sale for 19,99$ on the 3DS eShop in preparation of the Shinovi Versus launch. Is it worth it or should I skip it and just start with Shinovi Versus?

Burst has a terrible framerate, and it is kinda repetitive. I bought the game more as a thank you for Xseed for bringing it here than for playing the game itself. And I even grinded all the girls to level 30, I think, so I did the same thing a lot of times.
Off topic: What's this commotion about New Little King's Story? I never heard of it before.

SK Burst is a kind of okay visual novel with really bad gameplay and okay-considering-it's-3DS character models. Can't honestly recommend for $20
Easily worth it, just be aware that most of the fun is playing the missions, not the story. Gameplay is great

I thought it was a completely disjointed and rather ugly mess that made no sense, but I may have been "playing it wrong" since it seems designed for multiplayer only. I have no idea why they decided to go a step below SOTN's resolution just to be like "HEY GUYS! PIXELS! YEAH" when SOTN was absolutely beautiful. Everything is teeny.
