I most likely would have purchased the T300 if it had made its NA release window. But, I want a wheel on day one, so now I will soon have the T100. I'm sure I'll have fun with it, but I'd be willing to do a lot of weird shit if it meant Logitech will consider making wheels for the console market again.
Who knows though, maybe I'll abuse Amazon's return policy and give back the T100 once the 300 becomes available.

oh its not out in the UK either, but I put a preorder in just in case amazon changed the price. I can hang on while I look forlornly at my DFGT/Wheelstand pro combo (which apparantly isnt recommended for the T300, but it looks the same as the 'dedicated' model to me)

yes. And was released way before the PS4 and therefore can't have any secret security chips in.

And the T100 is confirmed to work too, which is also a slightly older wheel (so no security chip) which even uses the same immersion touchsense FFB as the logitech wheels..

Such a cloudy area.

Fishy. Buy I think I'll order a T500RS. Anyone want a second hand G25? Lol. Unless they get that working...

God damn. I didn't even want this until I just watched that trailer. Were those bits toward the end actual game play? (fall and winter tracks?). It look pre-rendered. I can't even believe it! Oh and that sense of speed! Niiiiiiiiice!

I think the ban message alluded to the fact that junior bans are usually permanent and that I should try not to be such an asshole. I like GAF so I was quite grateful for the reprieve and have (for the most part) been a much more productive member since.
Just don't put Raptor or I in a thread together or you might here about games being put into asses. . .

I am kind of worried though, they've said nothing of the music yet and though I wish I could use my own tracks I'm pretty sure you can't do that on PS4 yet?

I saw a few vids by general users on youtube and i liked what i saw. I've just sold my Force GT for £35.00, need the space etc etc. It comes tommorow but nothn to test until DC. If its close to the GT ill be happy, if not...then its still a wheel and it'l still be better than playing on a pad, which btw i also have no issues with.

It's always a surprise when they do it, though. Recently they've been a lot smarter about it. Driveclub is a new IP, early in the PS4's lifecycle, and will even be bundled all over, so it's odd that they're not pushing it harder.

Maybe they'll give it a marketing boost next week or closer to the holidays as part of a bundle? I guess they might think it's suicide to try and compete with Destiny marketing at the moment.

I agree they've improved lately, the marketing for Infamous was actually quite good.

Yes, they have said more. The entire soundtrack is specifically made for DriveClub by the same group, Hybrid. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hybrid_(Welsh_band)

So expect it to be in the same vein as "Be Here Now" (How fast do you wanna go)

As another DFGT owner, it will be interesting to hear your thoughts on the t100. Will you be able to test it with GT or anything on PS3/PC?
 
Thinking of getting the T100 but would like a cheap a solution for mounting it. Also might need a new chair since I use my couch currently. Not sure I want to spend $100+ in addition to the $150 for the wheel
