Just got off with Playstation, they said Driveclub PS+ will be available at 7pm Pacific tonight. So 40 minutes.

Just want you to know this sort of thing is banned by mods. I don't know if you're aware or not, but they are pretty explicit about only using what is posted on these boards for discussion.
Plus it doesn't really prove anything.
I am glad PS+ edition of DriveClub exists. In my opinion, there's going to be a lot of people surprised by its high quality after the reviews.

To clarify and alleviate concerns of my insanity: I'm not furious about this in particular. This is just the boiling point of what I feel has been some pretty bad PSN service recently. The "free" games across three platforms has helped keep me satisfied but the crashes, server breaches, slow PS+ upload, bad download speeds, etc are just really grating on me. I was pretty excited to play this all day, but came home to it not being up and to the PSN moving at a snail's pace. It's beginning to seem like my money isn't getting utilized properly.
How many sharkeishas were there. I'm assuming she wasn't the only one. I went to a Chicago public high school, and witnessed the wrath of the sharkeishas for four years.

This is really bad. If does go up at 10 PM eastern I won't even have to to play it because I have to download the whole 16+ GB file. And with my shitty internet it won't be downloaded until the morning, when I have to go to class.

It's been pointed out (correctly) multiple times in this thread, but I'll repeat it: PS+ is not free, therefore the benefits of PS+ are not free. Also, this thread has been remarkably civil and reasonable so I'm finding comments like yours a bit frustrating.

Actually, they kind of are. The game/demo is part of a paid service with a yearly subscription, and officially it has been promised to come out today.
Now, you can choose to get mad or not get mad at the fact that it's not here at the moment, but those who choose to get mad objectively have every right to be. Whether or not you think they're overreacting is another matter.

you're allowed to use past posts on NeoGAF itself to prove/disprove a point someone made (even though some mods find this distasteful as well, they won't really ban for this, unless you're derailing a topic just to take someone down)
but you're not allowed to start hunting outside of GAF to try to do a take down on somebody. Everybody has shit they don't like in their past, we all make mistakes. But when it gets this far just to win an argument it's a bit creepy and uncomfortable for all involved.
I pretty much see where the mods are coming from. They have a very difficult job to handle, trust me

Why do people keep saying this? What if you paid for PS+ this month specifically so you could get Driveclub? How does that make it 'free?'
Consumers need to be smarter about what it is they actually are and aren't paying for.

You only need the first 2.7GB to start playing. PlayGo is amazing.
