Nathan Drake's looking good (Uncharted 4)

This is just BS. First, do you really think ND or Sony would let a remaster delay the release of U4? Second, who the hell are you to question or condemn other's desire to play or replay a series? I don't give a shit what you want, if a collection comes out, I'll buy it because I love the series and it would be great to have all of the games on a single console, improvements and all.

as long as both wouldn't come on the same day, yes.

and I still don't get that stuff.
the games are fine as they are and I own them already.

won't by the resident evil remake remastered either.
have the gamecube version here.
wouldn't even do it, if capcom said, the would do a re 2 remake, if the remastered does well.

same with ZOE.
love the games, would kill for a 3rd one.
didn't by the hd collection.

So you never played the game? Ok.

And how do you improve gameplay? The gameplay in U2/U3 is already great. Its an action shooter.

I'll respond to this one.

I've played through Uncharted 2. Combat is repetitive, enemies take too many hits and guns feel very weak, and the game uses wave based combat and monster closets. Fighting the
blue guys
is just all around awful. There is very little incentive to maneuver around cover and try to get around enemies. Combat generally feels like something you have to suffer through to get to the better parts.

That gameplay Drake and non-gameplay Drake are opposite characters helps to highlight these shortcomings as well.

It's not that Uncharted is a bad game, it's just a very average AAA game with high production values. Gameplay-wise there isn't anything better than what you'd find in a typical EA or Ubisoft game. But high production values don't make a great game.

The Remasters aren't really for you. They're a great thing for all the new owners who didn't have a PS3 and didn't play them last gen. Some of us just want to have a chance to replay them in higher quality as well. But overall, they're for newbs.

Please stop formatting your posts like that. For the love of god, please stop. And at least capitalize your sentences, even if they're all fragments.

If you mean to say they need to add other forms of gameplay then racing games should add mini games where your car is in a side scrolling mini game to get mileage points as pressing the gas/break buttons get tiring after a while no?
If You dont see how they could improve the game then play Dishonored.
You will realize how much more You can do from gameplay standpoint in games.

No, i just posted the images side by side for comparison.

My brain says there are downgrades from the E3 reveal, but I figure the wetness is what's causing the differences.

Edit: How the hell did 7 people reply in the time it took me to type out this post ?!

ND is big enough to handle both. If remasters aren't your thing, that's fine. What isn't cool is questioning the intentions of those that want to buy them for reasons that have been listed countless times. The Uncharted games looked and played just fine in their original state, but would look and play even better with improvements made to resolution and frame rate. Plus, a lot of people didn't own a PS3 last gen, so it's nice for them to get caught up.

I downloaded the E3 trailer and rewatched it again. There are no downgrades as far as my eyes can tell. The models are identical so i don't know what downgrades you speak of. Maybe you can point them out cause i can't see any.

Yea, Drake being wet is probably what made that E3 model look amazing. There doesn't seem to be a downgrade then.

Probably just premature concern on my part.

While there are enemy triggers, there are many instances where the enemies are presented to you and you get to figure out how to approach the level, there are levels where you can use pure stealth outside of the heist level.

Headshots are one-hit kills, with helmeted enemies it's a two hit kill since the first shot will knock off the helmet, you can do this with even the basic pistol, only the chain gun armored enemies/mini-bosses are multi-hit kill and essentially it goes back to the headshot.

It's like you're throwing a bunch of already existing generic complaints from people who haven't played the game and throwing them together.

Downgrades have already started...?
No, but dried up Nathan Drake doesn't look as good as soaking wet Nathan Drake. Still the exact same character model. Downgrade my ass. I feel like if a model doesn't look exactly the same then people just assume "downgraded"

I can feel that this Uncharted is going to blow everyone's minds off. Graphically, it is guaranteed to be a facemelter, but I feel like this one is going to be more full of twists and keep us right on the edge narrative-wise

Lmao, concern for a game that isn't even in alpha. It's Driveclub all over again.....This seems to be the way of every Playstation exclusive. The Order: 1886. "It looks nice, but I have concerns about the gameplay." Seriously people?
