I'm assuming she was told to comply off screen.

There's no way they spent that much screen time on brainwashing for one of the two of them not to have been affected. I was assuming they'd use Simmons for that, but Bobbi's disappearance as Lead Henchman approached...guess we'll see, but that's the way I'm leaning now.

Shield's really been on a roll. Looking forward to next week!

Yeah, I feel like it can't be so simple as Bobbi was just 'undercover'.

That's an interesting theory, all right, but there's a 616 Skye on the Deodato cover of SHIELD #1 who looks nothing like the character in question, and that book is supposed to be at least semi-consistent with the TV series as far as characterization goes.

Then again, that cover was already outdated by the time it was released at SDCC (it still has Rogers Cap and male Thor on it), and I'm not sure any of the interviews have mentioned a 616 Skye, so perhaps it doesn't actually represent the final book.

They don't follow the comic representations that closely, so I really doubt that reddit theory is true. However, my hunch is that it's not centered on anything Inhuman related despite the Kree presence.

Perhaps Blue and Pink Kree, then?

Okay thank you.

I'd say start at episode 14 (or start near the end of episode 13) for the best of SHIELD. Episode 15 (yes Men) has Lady Sif being awesome while the previous 2 episodes are decent set up episodes for the rest of the season (they introduce a couple very important people).

There are a few good episodes ("Yes men" comes to mind as one of the better ones) like F.Z.Z.Z.T., T.A.H.I.T.I. but the real heavy shit starts there.

Pretty much this. The show starts following a serialized plot and getting decent at episode 10, "The Bridge." That episode and a few that follow set some things up and are fairly watchable. But it really gets good with episode 16, "The End of the Beginning," which aired a few days before The Winter Soldier premiered in theaters. Then you can just watch the show straight through.

Season 2 has really been great, BTW.

The look Raina gave Simmons when she saw her walking out of HYDRA was the ultimate "dis bitch..."

NEEDS to be GIF'd.

Handling an old painting in such a casual way.

That's probably the only thing that's bothered me in these two episodes recently.

The story is moving along faster than I thought it would. I appreciate that.

Yeah. I'm disappointed that Simmons is already done with Hyrda (I thought there was a lot of potential there but they squandered it) but I can't complain since the plot is now moving forward at a good clip.

Also, Adrian Palicki looks a whole lot like Tatiana Maslany. Also, she seems like she's going to be a really fun character. Also, the cast is getting really large now...

The nice thing about a large cast?

You can actually threaten to kill people. And kill people.
Then, why is he
working HYDRA
now?

Also,
just kill Reina of already!
That's what saves Raina. She got the Obelisk to them.

What sorcery are they conjuring to make a 5'11" Adrianne Palicki look 6'5"?

Fantastic episode. On par with the opening imo. Oh and I can't help but internally belt

MOCK

YEAH!

ING!

YEAH!

BIRD!

YEAH!

YEAH!

YEAH!

Question, doesn't the fact that he says the obelisk in it's native language mean the diviner imply that it's alien, therefore, anyone it doesn't kill is inhuman?

Also, is the Avengers 2 trailer premiering during AoS? If so, that's one way to draw some attention to the show...
Pretty sure there will be a big revelation next episode (if it's not being geared towards something of that nature already).

I'm intrigued.

Also #Fitzimmons for lyfe.

Just finished.

Holy crap, what a great episode. Good to have a familiar name join the team, and Fitzsimmons back together.

I'd imagine Tripp's lack of action recently would have something to do with keeping an eye on both Bobbi and Simmons at HYDRA, or else he wouldn't be so readily available to extract them.

I'm also in the camp of "something huge will happen next week to coincide with the premiere of the Age of Ultron trailer."
