I think the change in the rooster will be occured by the likely joinings of The Vision, Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, which would make it altered by the finale of the movie. Maybe someone will leave, but it will basicly still a rooster from Avengers 2, but maybe I am nitpicking here a little bit.

Regarding Thanos we have absolutly nothing that hints against him as the villains beside some internet civil war rumors. To be honest, beside all the Infinity Stone teasing and his appearence in the aftercreditscene of The Avengers, there is also not that much what speaks for it, but its at least more than against...

No. She is just far more attached to HYDRA (Her Dad was a HYDRA Agent who experimented with Spider-Venom on her to replicate the Supersoldier Serum), joined later SHIELD and was very close to Nick Fury and joined later the Avengers.
Pretty sure she had some Run-Ins with Spider-Man, but she was always very far out of the Spider-Man Side of the Comics.

Never thought of this before, but what if Marvel announces they bought the film rights for just Ultimate Spider-man from Sony and introduce Donald Glover as Miles Morales? Yes, it seems highly unlikely cause why would Sony allow a different Spider-man and actor on screen but a guy can dream.

Strange isn't supposed to be just another concurrent property, but a leading one like Iron Man.

I think we'll at least get Evans and RDJ on site with the announcement of Cap 3's title. They haven't really publicized Iron Man's role in Cap 3 as yet so that will be a big thing to make a formal announcement about.

I think it was just because it was DURING NYCC, so they had to make a big buzz about it. This time they've got their own thing to themselves, and they'll probably have a press release go out later today for the general public.
