Rockstar. They don't like early streams or videos on Youtube. They've been going after them since GTA4.
idiots are reporting the streams
Look at this man. One pedestrian and three cars right in the heart of the city.
That looks very disappointing.
I wonder if there's some explanation or they just bullshitted.

Doesn't even have to be that. Every stream is getting to 500+ viewers in a matter of minutes, shooting it to the top of the page. One R* employee keeping an eye out is all it would take.

I really don't think it matters if you report or not. There are employees watching all streams. They'll get to it sooner or later.

I don't think it's a free for all. I'm sure there is a "direct line" of contact to be able to report a stream and then Twitch takes action if it's a real issue.

it look more like a sony employee with a master user name watching for any early game streaming, some littlebigplanet 3 stream was killed too

To be fair, traffic is greatly reduced with a 3+ star rating (running from the cops with dense traffic would suuuuccckk). Also, traffic flows differently depending on time of day and location.
The traffic seems to just vary a lot. At times there's tons of traffic but then sometimes there's nobody on the road. I don't know if that's a glitch or if it's supposed to be like that. Doesn't bother me much personally though. The only disappointing thing I've seen is the car damage seems to be unchanged.

It's PS4. You can tell by the mini-map. Last-gen version has a black border around the mini-map, but the remaster doesn't

Nah, I think he paused it or it's lagging. It's dead once it goes completely offline. You still see the PS4 UI for instance.

Pretty much. If you weren't a fan of it last gen, I really can't see why it would change here. The gameplay isn't changing. Just thinks added on to the game.

WOW @ the additions to the radio if that post isn't BS. A lot of really good tracks. They already won me over with Pat Benatar and Danger Zone. Regulate, Gorillaz, and those West Coast Classic additions though? Whew
