Can someone link a video that shows how the classes play? I don't even really care about skills right now, I just want an idea of how fast each is. Warrior in DA:O was far too sluggish and I don't remember how it was in DA2. I know it was faster, but I don't remember how much. I played an Archer in that game, but I don't want to do that here, since I plan to keep Sera with me as much as possible.

Do you mean "how fast" in terms of attack speed? If its what I think you mean, warrior attacks are much quicker and more impactful than in DA:O. With sword and board, the one handed attacks are quick slashes and combos, the controller rumbles and the screen lightly shakes, it feels effing badass. The attacks are definitely a nice speed.

Two handed is slower obviously, but feels just as awesome. The combo of swings looks really awesome.

I remember warrior in DA:O was painfully boring. DA2 was a bit better but it was nowhere near as cool as they have made it in DA:I.

I really love the melee combat in this game, its why I'm still feeling the pull of making a warrior even though I want to go Mage for Knight Enchanter spec. Combat just doesn't feel as visceral using a ranged Mage as it does being up in there with swords.

Is VPN compatible with PS4?

PS4 would work in another way. Such as buying the game on the HK PSN instead of US. So wherever you bought it from that's when it will unlock. Not recommended to buy it off of a PSN where you can't understand the language. HK usually have English though.

Warriors > Mages > Rogues

(Notorious W.A.L.R.U.S)
Where Warriors at, where Warriors at, where Warriors at, where Warriors at! we gon do it like this anytime you ready check it.
I got seven two handers, about eight metal plate helmets, nine knives, ten maces, the sh*ts never end. You cant touch my crits even if you went Harry Potter and them Sabrina the teenage Witch b**ches. Vigilant Walrus, the Warrior, the Templar, the Champion, the party members sweet spot, the two hot dual wielding, thats how i got the sweet AOE. i CC dragon in the head, put the stacks in the debuff spread. Little varric got the shotti to ya body, so dont resist or ya might miss Christmas. I tote tanks, I taunt number ones, I give DAs haters runs drippin', when I throw my whirlwind in the Greatsword I slay from far away everybody hit the B-L-E-E-D. My slow rotation flows remarkable peace to Altairo, now we smoke potions like Gandalf sniffs the yayo thats crazy blunts, mad L's my voice excels from the inquisition to jOralis oh my gosh im droppin sh*t like a Qunari I hope you listenin' smackin' grey warden baby's at they joining'.

Which class do you think ? What is your recommendation ?
I have tried mage but i didnt like the spells...

Ranger may be cool...I am between Ranger and Quanari

I had such an awful day. It's 12am here and thought I could finally try out DA: I. It's still greyed out though. I can't even pre-load. I look at the release date. "November 20th". Are you kidding me? Why does Australia get it 2 days late? I shouldn't have expected much else from today.

Since the review thread is closed. 4players.de gave the game 59% and it's I think the biggest site in Germany. DA:O received 90% from the same guy.

Warrior. From what I've seen they are more than auto-attack bots this time around and have a few cool skills (Scorpion's GET OVER HERE for instance). Rogue might be cool too. Personally, I think playing mage will become a bit tedious after a while, since you have to stand still.

I'm not sure I saw this mentioned in reviews or not: does your party level at the same rate regardless of whether they're currently out in the world with you? I'm pretty sure they did in the last two games, but it's been so long that I can't remember.

Wow, what were his issues with the game?

The nerfed tactics menu?

The nerfed abilities limit?

etc?

Already bought on PSN US :(

I was going to pass in this game, not a big fan of DA *Only played 2 for a while and it was just "OK" to me* and didn't follow this games news at all. I read the OT last night and it has me hooked, I've been looking up footage all day, I think bioware has another customer. I have one question, if DA: Inquisition was a pie how would you divide the genres it has. This has a bit of Tactical and RpG in it, I kinda wanna know what I'm getting into, cause the combat system still confuses me a bit, even though I've played 2.

amazon is preparing for shipment! Hope I made the right choice going PS4. I plan to pick up the PC version in the future when it's on sale. My PC just isn't up to snuff to run it at the settings I feel it deserves until I build a new PC in 2015.

A fellow Aussie here, get yourself flyvpn use the trial login from the site, set your region to Korea, restart origin, start preloading for about 3 minutes, edit flyvpn and enjoy an early preload.

This is red alert. What is his main points?

Nah, it's tan alert at best. One persons opinions flying the face of everything I've heard about the game (minor niggles and no healer aside) smacks of click bait to me. Even if it's not, you can't please all the people all the time. I'm gonna love the shit out of DA:I.

Swore I would never buy a Dragon Age game day 1 after the Dragon Age 2 debacle...yet, here I sit with it preoloaded and ready to go. The reviews were just too good for me not to bite!

more like "it is not the game I wanted it to be" the author of the review is known to give bad scores if a game is not what he want it to be.

Isn't it how reviews work? They boil down to being personal opinions about game at hand and score more or less reflects how that game does it for you.

kill those fucking scores already from reviews

It's a Skyrim without flow. Feels like a boring MMO.

Skyrim has a "flow"?

Did he even play Skyrim?

Any easy guide to connect via VPN to South Korea? Should we use FlyVPN or other VPN client?
When I looked at FlyVPN (which I've used before) Korea wasn't available or Hong Kong, though China was. So now I'm using SoftEtherVPN. Link to reddit guide This does have a Korean server to use and I found it easy to use. However make sure you are on the correct network when you're finished with it. I had to manually disable it in my Network.

Is this worth getting if I didn't play the first two games? I might trade Lords of the Fallen for this.

Some reviewers said it's not very "new players friendly" as DA:O explains ALL the lore of that world and DA2 explains the "why" DA:I happens.

Only fifteen hours to go, and my pre-load is sitting at 12/44 gb. (Why, yes, I do have shit internet.) I don't think it's going to make it, and I'm pretty annoyed that the PS4 pre-load didn't start when expected and when GTAV's started (around 3 a.m. EST). Having two nights to download it instead of one would have made a huge difference. Won't likely buy digital again. I know I'll be able to play some before the download completes, but that won't likely be very much and then I'll be stuck watching a download screen in game.

At least I'll have plenty of time to think about what class I want to be. I'm torn between being a rogue/assassin or some flavor of mage. In the previous games I was a rogue, so that's tempting mostly to carry that on (and because dual-welding?). Mages are mostly tempting because pretty effects and because necromancer seemed interesting before I knew more about it.
