Or does that just show all the Best Buy's regardless of events? I tried clicking on my specific local store, and didn't see anything about a midnight launch

did you try with multisampling on? because I have the same as you (with 2 970s mind you) and I max out everything and get 60-80fps (I actually just switched to fullscreen/vsync instead of borderless to lock it at 60)

That was what I tried first, and I was getting small drops to about 40 fps while looking over the first huge valley in the opening scenes. Nothing terrible, but it wasn't constant, so I just switched it off. Mind you, I'm still in the opening. Once I get into the actual world I'll be messing with more setting and seeing if that was just a glitch or somewhat.

That person has a clearly insane number of writes for only 800 hours, even before playing the game. Writes should be a fraction of reads, and the writes are higher than reads? Seems like a pagefile issue.

After, they choose what they want to beleive or not.

Seems great on PC. Just the cut scenes are really annoying with the juddering, its fine them being 30 fps but its the stuttering which is causing the issue.

Almost 8 terabytes after 800 hours, it is silliness.

i did three things, i turned off google hangouts, i walked PAST the green effect before the cutscene, then i skipped it as fast as I could, and I got by without crashing. whew. scary stuff.


edit: I am enjoying it a lot so far but I am disappointed there's no way to compare equipment (edit2: you can compare! just gotta press the button twice I guess.) nor equip upon looting.

I wish bioware had a thing a while ago saying when that event happened but they recently placed when it takes place and oddly enough its before the deep roads so that'd be around 8-9 years since he was defeated right? I found a snippend of the voice, odd they decided to change the direction of the voice(VA is the same)

It's the stores that pop up in the list after you select a state. I was confused too, but Google lead me to Best Buy's forum, where in turn they confirmed that all stores listed on the pop-up will be doing the midnight launch.

Hopefully that means 9PM for the west coast!

I could have sworn in the playthrough I saw that Hawke had her brother at her side as a Grey Warden, which of course would only be possible if Hawke had been to the Deep Roads already since that's where Carver got blighted.

I hope they didn't change the voice too much, his declarations during battle were awesome

I got that when I wanted to remake my character. Restarting the game did the trick for me.

Anyone having weird voice issues? It's like everyone is talking super/low mumbling, can't understand at all. All other sounds are working fine.

Messed around in the sound options but didn't help.
