Show off your Dragon Age Inquisitor

To add to last page, some nice ones from Bioware forums.

Having a hard time finding convincing Qunaris though.

Elven Mage. Similar to the Warrior I posted a while back, but the look definitely suits a Mage more. DA Elves are pretty skinny.

He's cool, very different from what you'd imagine for a hero in a fantasy game, but still visually striking. Kudos for using freckles, that was a risky design move but it works. :)

Agreed, I love those freckles! The original version reminded me a lot of Young Ocelot in Snake Eater so I liked him too :3 It's cool to see such an atypical (and still well-crafted) design.

That said, there are some gorgeous regulation-hotties in this thread! Nice to see so much variety :)

Just snapped some quick pics with my phone, I was using a human first, but then rerolled to a male qunari. Spent about an hour making him. Of course he's a two handed Warrior. Had to make him menacing since he's a quanari.

We need more shots of him. He is the best looking qunari thus far.

How my character shows up on 360, snapped with p&s camera. He didn't end up as expected in the editor (hair was supposed to be darker) but I ended up liking the result and stayed with it.

And the "oh, really?" face when wooing Cassandra...

I have two characters I keep going back and forth between. I need to pick one to actually play, but I'm at about 15 hours with each of them.

First we have Flynn, my rogue:

Then we have Kieran, my warrior:

I feel like all the Qunari look like they suffer from flat head syndrome. Sometimes I'm not sure how a brain would physically fit in their skulls.

Pictures in this thread are making me so sad I didn't get that preorder armor with the green man gaming preorder. Is there any armor in the game that looks as awesome as that awesome with such detail? It looks like they went all out on that bad boy.

Post 801 has a lot of awesome characters. I even did double takes on some of them. I'm surprised what you can do with the character creator. The last one makes me think of a Dragon Age Origin character, or maybe it was Varric's brother. 3rd from last looks like Varric.

Got the game today, tried to make a female Qunari mage, accidentally created a monster.

Seriously, the Qunari really got the short end of the stick in the CC. I'm beginning to think that it's impossible to build something that looks even half as awesome as the Arishok
or even something half decent for that matter

Agreed, Bioware really dropped the ball with the overall look of the Qunari in this game, which is sad when you think that the Qunari from DA2 were far more visually appealing and interesting then what they came up with here. The Arishok looks 100 times better than any of the Qunari created by the CC or that BW made themselves.

They got too caught up in "we gotta have Horn customization!" and ignored the rest of the body.

I mean, you'd never be able to create something cool like this (from bioware forums)

What I also noticed was that although being much larger than humans (when compared to Cassandra at least), Qunari have heads about the same size. Looked ridiculously small at times when running around.

I think my biggest issue with how the Qunari look in Inquisition is they appear to just be gray humans with horns instead of an actually different species, even by fantasy race standards.

I didn't get that sense in Dragon Age 2.

Yeah, that's what threw me off as well. They just look like large humans with horns. I wonder if this was a technical issue in regards to the CC and making conserving memory or whatnot in regards to facial structures. Even worse is how most of them have real shrunken heads in comparison to their bodies.

Compare that to the Arishok of DA2. Even though he too did not have the long hair of his concept art, at least his head looked more proportional to his body and he still looked so much better than any of the Qunari I've seen in DAI:

But yeah, it is like they regressed back to Sten's look in DAO which was awful :(
