The dream of a FF7 remake shall never die. People are always going to end up disappointed. I hope to be pleasantly surprised though.

Seeing the Ratchet thread on the front page makes me hope that the reimagining is there. Insomniac did say that we're supposed to see it this year. I'm not really sure what to expect from it. I want it be be 60fps, but that doesn't seem likely given Insomniac's framerate stance. I'm still excited to see what a high end cartoonish game can look like on the PS4 since they said that it'll rival the best visuals on the console.

DemonNite stopped after Bloodborne and GopherD already saw which levels the thread reached without hints, so it was only smart not to lit another fire

Thanks for this didn't know it did that badly, I enjoyed it and Asura is begging to be put in a fighting game.
As to the rest of this thread I just caught up and let me say a FFVII remake would not do as well as people would like and I think SE knows this. Nothing about that game outside of the music holds up well. It would be nice if it happened just to shut the interwebs up but on a more personal level Final Fantasy Tactics II war of the zodiac crystal would keep me busy for the next 20 or so years. The original tactics came out in 97 and holds up better than just about every other FF game.
As far as what I expect to see from the show.
New gameplay from Bloodborne gameplay,Order 1886,Rime and a few announcements is all I really expect to see. I do think this event will be very good though cannot wait to see some of you there.
