The game that became Final Fantasy XV was announced as a PS3 exclusive, though. If all it took for Versus XIII to go multi-platform was a couple of years and a name change, I don't see how Agent would be impervious to that. Especially when Tretton already seemed doubtful on its exclusivity status.
Thats a big if that just seems to easy. These exclusive contracts are not written up by kids and just say said game will be exclusive on said platform , they are most likely pages long and cover all kinds of variables. I am sure sony could have stopped the game from going multiplat if they wanted too.
