Wow, lot's of hype for Dragon's Dogma, never played it myself, how popular is it on here?

You know those games that are a little bit ugly, the performance is pretty crap, but then you are somehow hopelessly lost in its world, as you try to track your way into a brand new, tough area, learning the intricacies of the incredible combat, climbing a massive flying enemy to do critical damage, and t HOLY SHIT I'M USING A TORNADO MAGIC THAT FILLS THE WHOLE DAMN SCREEN

I want a DMC5 where Nero gets corrupted by his demon half and goes full supervillain. And Dante has to reluctantly bring him down.

Then Uncle Dante taking down Nero sets up the return of Vergil for DMC6

Prince of Persia

Oh yeah, I forgot about that. They made Forgotten Sands or something like that after the reboot didn't they?

The fact that they specifically name dropped DMC and DD tells me it's not either of those :P

It actually reminds me of that Decapre reveal video they showed at a tournament, trolling everyone with the inclusions that people actually wanted before showing Decapre.

That's Takeuchi.

Sengoku Basara, more than anything else.

If we're finally getting Uncle Dante back I will rub butter all over my naked body and run around town. Just try and catch my hype.

Ideally, I'd want to see DMC5 come first, as a real sequel is drastically needed in the series, and a technical action game early on in the generation isn't that taxing on the hardware...

Then, have the team work on Dragon's Dogma 2, since an open world action adventure game with SotC-styled mechanics would benefit from the previous experience of working on the hardware.

If this isn't Dragon's Dogma 2 I'll fucking cry tears of sadness and misery.

Some recomforting observations:

-Dragonsdogma.com is the only website to have been updated
(Devil may cry, resident evil, etc ... have last updates dating from 2013)
-The only next-gen Capcom game currently is Deep Down

Agreed. Also I think the fans of this genre who own XB1s and PS4s are probably starved for a next-gen entry from this genre.

Also, sup Arttemis!

There was a third Dino Crisis game? Must have missed that one! I'd be floored if it was DC, even tho I am not a fan of Dinos as monster enemies. Better than zombies at this point tho. Puzzle heavy please.
