CM Punk tells all about walking out of WWE (podcast)

CM Punk is exactly the guy Triple H would hate. He's a guy that talks back to him when he does something that doesn't make sense.

Triple H doesn't seem like the kind of guy that likes to get called out by anyone outside of the handful in his inner circle.

Remember that whole deal with Undertaker? HHH is super tight with the Deadman. It's probably a hate on multiple levels.

The Undertaker was a locker room leader in a time where Triple H was nothing, whole different dynamic.

Mic work is about making people interested in you. Interviewing is about making people interested in the person you're talking to. No one is shocked he's good at talking, it's just surprising that he's a legitimately good interviewer.
If you listen to his podcast often he talks highly of his wife and how smart she is and got him to do words of the week to up his and viewers vocabulary. He jokes he can't remember things most times because of so many chair shots to the head but very serious about it at the same time. He likes to learn and broaden his smarts. His wife is cool on the podcast as well when shes on.

One of the absolute best is CM Punk vs Brock Lesnar. The pop during that match was absolutely insane!! Everyone loved both wrestlers and it would have never happened if it weren't for both wrestlers having incredible chemistry together. I LOVED IT! Definitely a legit awesome match that more than proves Punk's worth in the WWE and beyond:

I need to watch this match at home on a big screen. This is awesome!

One thing you can see in AJ is how smart she is in the ring. She manages to have good matches despite her lack of size and athleticism. I have a lot of respect for AJ and the work she does- she's a legitimately good worker in the true sense of the term, much like her husband. (They really do share the same strengths and weaknesses)

Wait, just realized this was Austin- Debra was pretty good at being an annoying heel when she was around. She was good in WCW as well stirring things up with the Horsemen, Mongo, and Jarrett.

Austin's current wife is not Debra though they split up a decade or so ago after he beat her up in a roid rage and she claims WWE put a gag order on her to stop her speaking about the three times he had beat her up.

I get that. I'm not surprised he's smart, I'm just saying he's legitimately made leaps and bounds as an interviewer.

I can still hear the sound of punk's head banging off the chair at the finish. He landed on the worst part of the chair.

You cant download off of Soundcloud right? Is this episode not up on his site yet due to server traffic?

why IS the shield so wet when they (used to) come to the ring?

I hope this podcast settles the "it's a work crowd". The whole thing was basically punk saying he's done with it and leave me alone about it, and he'll come back if he feels like it but he really doesn't feel like it right now.

Really downplayed the drama of the whole thing.

Yikes @ the sponsor stories. Then paying him $5000 for the Mexico tour.

I'm shocked he stayed as long as he did after the new contract in 2011.
