Game Awards announcing World Premieres on Twitter [Up2: NMS, MGO, BB, 1886, KQ]

I am sure it has been already discussed, but should we expect something Nintendo related given Reggie's presence on the panel?

Geoff has said himself on his twitch stream that Nintendo (including Reggie) are NOT confirmed to be in attendance. Just because people are on the advisory board, does not mean they will be attending or contributing game announcements to the event

Yeah, have been seeing people holding out for Valve to do something because they're on board but that really doesn't mean anything. Setting themselves up for another disappointment smh

I hope he'll feel ready to join.

I honestly don't think we're gonna get any huge reveals. But the line-up is pretty solid with Metal Gear Online, The Order: 1886, Bloodborne, No Man's Sky, The Witcher 3 and Adrift.

I really hope there'll be 2 big reveals though. We need that BAM before the PlayStation Experience kicks off.

Seeing something tangible from MGO would be nice. Never played any of the other ones, but I'm told they had some good ideas but a lacking execution. And hell, I really just hope to get tangible gameplay of NMS that isn't just walking around lookin' at things and flying about in a spaceship.

Even if everything else turns out shit, I'd likely play it a lot just... Flying around in a spaceship, looking at things. :P

Atleast if Sean sticks to his word and it releases on PC.

Just found out about the King's Quest reveal today, can't wait to see it. One of the first PC games that really drew me in to adventure games of the era was The Princeless Bride (1994). It was like seeing a Disney movie come to life (interactive anyway). I was in awe of the hand drawn characters and backgrounds. Really interested to see what kind of art style they're going to be using for the new one. So easy for 3d fantasy games to look generic.

This list is actually pretty good. Good luck Geoff!

MGO is the only that that interests me so far. Guess the megatons are being saved for PSX. Hopefully.

Wait is TW3 confirmed? Hype

Every time I read King's Quest I think it's King's Field and I get excited thinking From is going back to its roots lol.

because that is what I thought this event would be about
This, i like it because it's about games in general, a show featuring all 3 big game companies.
PSX surely is more hyped but i prefer something like VGA 2012, Man that was a Great show .

I don't think it's a sad list at all. Debut footage of MGO, new footage for The Witcher, The Order (long overdue), Bloodborne (contender for 2015 GotY) and promising indies like No Man's Sky, Adrift and Fares' new game.

And there are a couple of unnanounced ones. At least seven, right?

I wish Nintendo would show more of the new Zelda here. It would be a good way of spreading the word beyond just the hardcore fans who watched the E3 Direct.

But .... Nintendo logic.

come on, I can't stand seeing more footage for the witcher..it looks glorious, but it seems to have been in development FOREVER

Whaaa? The Witcher 3 is going to be the best looking game when it comes no doubt.

Honestly? The church where you meet the Assassins in Unity looks a lot prettier. The Witcher 3 is still a great looking game, but the graphics won't have the same impact after playing Inquisition, Unity and even Far Cry 4 (I personally haven't played the latter).

Any idea how big the chance is there is a replay for this show like... 12 hours later from when it begins? Really wanna watch it but 3 am is just too late when you need to wake 7 am :(
