fantastic

Damn man people are so damn cynical and negative. I'm really enjoying this show so far. Far more than thr Oscars thats for sure.

They have time for this but not the awards, i question their decision-making. And mine for staying up for this :(

*yawn*

Must be hard to come up with content for one of these shows, so I give credit to Geoff for his efforts, but man.... this is brutal.

I don't understand what's the big problem with these performances. In fact I like the awards giving the spotlight to game composers for a change.

Maybe if they cut down the music performances they could have more awards on stage. You know, like DEV OF THE YEAR.

I'm just waiting for GOTY to be given out in a back ally or something.

Also this song kinda sucks.

Considering they just gave it to "Nintendo", they didn't exactly give it away as the name would suggest. Nintendo is made of up many development teams.

That's like giving it to Sony when ND made Last of Us (hypothetically)

I don't understand why every year I tune in to these horrible game awards. Why haven't they cancelled this show?

I don't understand why every year people feel the need to post pointless faux outrage bullshit that does nothing but to further shit up an already highly immature thread.

If people really hate the filler that always plagues these types of shows why not wait until after the show and read what ever information and announcements you find appealing?

I'm not talking about this show in particular. This is what it is - an event that publishers have agreed to where advertising comes first and foremost, sprinkled with some neat stuff here and there.

But like, there is potentially room for a serious awards show.

A serious awards show for the consumers to see? That isnt agreed upon by the publishers and done with advertising to support it? Yea like the Oscars Grammy s and Emmy's
