Yes, please! I'm not sure where they could hold it besides the Orange County Convention Center. I'd love to go to one of these events but they're always up North or on the West Coast. They should do one in Orlando![]()
Nah, there really needed to be a Christmas gaming event.Maybe they're done with E3?
now we got one more event to add to the annual "wait for" pleas from TLG fans.
"Wait for E3, TGS, Jump Fiesta, PAX Prime, Playstation Experience 2016!"
I disagree. Best comedy act in video games.
I hope this comes to England at some point.
They should do one in Orlando![]()
I hope Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and Keighley all have events in the same week like a winter E3 type of thing.
Here's what I'd like to see...
Thursday Night - Inside Xbox Event / X15
Friday Morning/Afternoon - Nintendo Direct
Friday Night - The Game Awards
Saturday - PlayStation Experience
I'd be so hyped
But anyone can stream. Nintendo doesn't have a physical conference right? That would be way cooler.
Just never let Hashimoto on stage ever again
No kidding. Not only that, but any serious VGA's from now on, that'd work for them too. This last one was WAAAAY better than PSX. Not even lying.
Yes!
June - E3
August - Gamescom
September - TGS
December - TGA, PSX and Jump! Festa
Mmh, i would have liked them to be more sparse through the year (this way we get 6 months full of events and six without one), but whatever.
Phenomenal move! E3 once a year just isn't enough for the industry or for the fans. This is like Sony's E3 press conference Round 2.
Just judging from the general tone of things, the people who went really enjoyed Las Vegas. The perfect city to have a major event that is also considered a party for PlayStation.
It seems like it will really take pressure off of developers as well. What they used to have to crunch for in May to have ready for E3 can now be announced at E3 and first footage to be shown at PSX (and vice versa).
It could also cause more pressure. Gotta have stuff ready to show twice a year now instead of once.
Slightly off topic, but did we ever find out what the "Mystery Game" was on the event schedule?
Shut up my 90s self wants Space World to return.Nintendo doesn't need a conference. They have Nintendo Directs, Nintendo Minute, and other mediums.
Well there is GDC and a couple Pax's in the 1st Half next year.
That could be a case of developers are forced. However, I'm thinking more of an Uncharted 4 scenario. Announcement at E3 to build up a ton of hype for PSX.
I hope Sony moves around the cities. Come to Seattle!!!!
So basically this is Sony's version of a Nintendo Direct? I'm okay with this.
