Don't you need your specific countries code for PS+ though? At least for the country of the account. I know UK codes don't work in Europe for instance.

Need to make a decision on this today GAF. I can't find any < 200 bundles myself that at least come with one game (for premium).
 
Possible to get COD for £30 at rakuten with a code "gift40" at the moment.

Even at that price it's not tempting me away from Fifa UT but it's definitely the best price ive seen so far.

I think the added cost of premium can be better spent these days (when buying new as there is greater price difference) but that aside I think £150 for the Mario & Luigi Premium is reasonable, disc versions of DKC rarely go for below £30 these days as well.

The fact the cheapest new Wii Us I can find are basics at £150 suggests its fine as well.

Plus if the previous owner is sloppy and doesn't delete all the user accounts you can see exactly how much playtime they spent with the system.

I did a similar thing when I got my Wii U some months back.

Sold! I've just been looking at the prices of Donky Kong as well. Friend of a friend so if I had any problems I could easily sort things out.

I just really want a black Wii U as well. Hate white consoles.

People selling their Wii Us to get a PS4/Xbox One this Christmas. I'm joining the lethal PS4/Wii U combo. Bliss.

I actually had a Wii U delivered from shopto that I paid £149 for. But I refused delivery, just couldn't accept getting a white one.
 
Square are doing their £4.99 mystery bundle again, promising 6 Steam keys and 3 store offers - hard to tell if it's a bargain this year though!

Tesco direct £20 off £100 or more on technology using the code TDX-PKJK. Expires 21st Dec. I'm going to use it to get a hudl2 but it should work on consoles too. Also don't forget they still have clubcard boost so any club card vouchers you have are worth double.


For PS4 they currently have a 'make your own bundle' for £349 with two games
- white or black PS4
- choose one from: LBP3, TLoU or Driveclub
- choose one from: FIFA15, Lego batman 3, or Far Cry 4

Yeah, I mean it says "WORTH £70", but that's going to be RRP.

£5 is nothing and the main part of the backlash last year was the lack of Final Fantasy, so I wouldn't be shocked to see VIII or XIII in there which I don't own. I'll give it a shot in spite of how many Steam games I own, so the likelihood of dupes is high.

EDIT: It's also rated 18, so I'm assuming that means something Hitman in there. Can't think what else they do that's an 18.

EDIT2: you know, other than Sleeping Dogs, Deus Ex HR and Just Cause 2.
 
For anyone curious it seems 10% codes at Zavvi work on some amiibos, pre-ordered Shulk and Princess Zelda, Zelda wasn't discounted but Shulk was. Bit strange since both are pre-orders and I thought 10% codes didn't work for that (mind you it was from Unidays if that makes a difference) and Shulk was the later releasing one, but just in case that helps anyone. My first amiibos, guess I'll see if I bother with any more.

Captain Toad for £26 is decent since it's been removed from Amazon, and Persona Q & Kirby Triple Deluxe for £25 each isn't bad either.

Im seriously thinking about trading up my launch PS4! Does anyone know if the White PS4 differs in any way from the launch PS4? I thought I read that the ARM chip that powers the 'rest mode' is somehow more efficient. I also read the rubber on the thum sticks is improved. In any case my 1yr warranty will be close to running out and the new PS4 will obviously come with another fresh 1yr cover.

Yes, but at least my creditcard orders are cancelled right before dispatch all the time because TGC's creditcard handler considers my purchases as not trustworthy, that's why I use paypal for that shop. When you use paypal, you pay immediately (at least I think so), but at least they won't cancel the order right before dispatch.

what if i used paypal, and then later i want to cancel? would that be a problem? (i never cancelled a preorder so i don't know how it works)

Hnnng! Man, I really want that but I have to hold off. I don't have the money at the moment, and I'm hoping good deals like this will still be around come February/March when I need to get one for Bloodborne.

Has anyone seen any great deals on Wii U bundles in the UK, please? I'm only after a black console (has to fit in with the surroundings, you see), and am mostly interested in the top 1st party titles (e.g. Mario 3D World, Mario Bros U, WWHD, etc).
