Ike is wave 3, that launches in February. Wave 2 launches Sunday technically (I think).

Okay, will check around Sunday then. I thought Ike was wave 2 for some reason lol.

Just came back from the local EB games and the manager said Diddy and Little Mac will likely be the hardest to get.
For some reason his system said Capt. Falcon wasn't part of this wave, so I just went and preordered one from Walmart.
The store is still well stocked with Mario, DK, Peach, Pikachu, Link, Fox, Samus and Kirby amiibos.
I also thought it was worth asking about the status of the Gamecube adapters, and I was promptly laughed out the door.

Protip: To a small retail place, phone calls are either fine because it's dead, or the biggest pain in the ass ever. Yes, they are more likely to know what you're asking straight off rather than checking first, but they are also probably running the place with 2 people, and if it's a busy time (read: most of the holiday season), helping 4 customers at once when you call.

If you had all of the Amiibos exactly to scale, you'd be looking at centimeter tall Kirby figures and quarter-inch tall Diddys. The humans are all more or less to scale.
Well, Little Mac is called like that for a reason.

I know but they are not even Smash scale because I think Little Mac is a foot taller than Diddy Kong. Diddy Kong is bigger than his Smash model.
Bowser is also smaller than his Smash model.
You have a point though because Kirby would pretty small.

FYI, I was checking out some Diddy's and some of them look pretty good pupil wise, so you may want to try and find some in store and compare.
I very carefully scanned the Little Macs and picked one that looked awesome, but there is a little bit of wonky-eye syndrome for him as well

The thing thought is they had a 3D model to work with because Smash trophies are in 3D already. So I have no clue how they messed up the execution of so many.
The Marth sword can be explained by the plastic sword stand sucked.

Are the wave 2 amiibos being shipped at different times?
I got an email from best buy saying that the Zelda amiibo release date has changed from 12/31/2015 (placeholder) to 12/14. But my C Falcon and Pit didn't change...

I just know some are $100 online and I doubt the person paid that much for it at Nintendo World. I just assume it was limited retail is why it was so high.
