Hnnnggg. I already have OLED Vita with US account on it, but it sure is tempting at that price. Can use it for my EU account.

Yeah I bought one for that reason as well. Also I always wanted to see how the Slim feels. Not sure if I really need it but the price is way too good. Can still return or sell it otherwise.

Someone beat me to it! This is a fantastic deal if you have a PSN plus sub.

Is kind of telling for the state of the Vita too. (Not trolling, btw, I own a OLED Vita)
Now if only Sony would be so kind to do a price cut on memory cards. At this rate the system will soon be cheaper than those cards.

I had an OLED vita. The slim vita is a better overall machine, better to hold, micro USB port and slimmer. The screen is still good just not as good as the OLED, but honestly it's not as big a difference as others make it out to be. Also, the OLED vita is ridiculously picky over what it will charge over... External battery? Nope. Computer? Not unless it's off. Also carrying around an extra charger is just bothersome.
Edit - better battery as well.
At this price if you're on the fence go for it... You can probably list it on Gumtree/ebay if you don't like it for the same price.

I prefer the OLED to all that, but I'm someone who picked a phone based on a screen until they all started having lovely screens, so I can't really talk.

For PortugalGAF

Fnac stores are again running the interest-free monthly payment plan for PS4 - this time it's 20€/month for 20 months. And bundles ARE included.
Even better: most, if not all, PS4 bundles (Console + 1 game) are now 399,99€ instead of hovering around 449,99€ (a mere 10/20€ discount) - so you can now get a PS4 with a free game.
It's kinda funny, since they're still selling the Console-Only SKU for 404,99€...

Found about this yesterday, in-store (Lisboa - Chiado), but haven't seen it mentioned anywhere else.

However... this seems to also be available on the website. Although the applicable SKUs (the 399,99€ bundles) do not mention this payment plan in the product description or in a website banner, if you select Fnac Card as a payment method, at the end of the checkout, it should allow you to select the "20x Sem Juros" option.

A game bundle with the 20x option enabled - http://i.imgur.com/5oHLrW4.png
Console-only SKU without that option - http://i.imgur.com/pAJKmPn.png

This doesn't seem Sony-promoted, like the one around the summer. Other store chains still display the higher prices too, so for now it looks like it's Fnac-only.

PS: Don't know when this offer expires. Forgot to check it in-store and can't find any info online.

Argos are doing for £349
1. White PS4
2. TLOUR (disc version)
3. GTAV
4. Far Cry 4

Im seriously thinking about trading up my launch PS4! Does anyone know if the White PS4 differs in any way from the launch PS4? I thought I read that the ARM chip that powers the 'rest mode' is somehow more efficient. I also read the rubber on the thum sticks is improved. In any case my 1yr warranty will be close to running out and the new PS4 will obviously come with another fresh 1yr cover.

I did exactly that. The rubber on my white DS4 sticks were much better (my launch ones died and I got them replaced), and my white console is quieter than my launch PS4.

I'm keeping an eye out for a cheap Dragon Age, Far Cry 4, Shadow of Mordor or Wolfenstein over the Christmas period, anyone seen any great deals? Wolfy was £20 on Shopto, tempted by that. They'd be for PS4 unless they are on XB1 marketplace as I have credit.

(sidenote - has there been any Christmas sales for XB1 digital titles? I haven't seen anything advertised. I have £50 credit to use by Feb.)

The Countdown to 2015 sale will start tomorrow. No specifics about daily/weekly offers yet but a partial list is available on the Brazilian xbox.com.

Same situation as the PSN one really. Not enough games to go round that publishers are willing to discount.

Yeah, I can understand why. Lots of new owners this Christmas who will happily drop full price. Why bother with deals for just a few and end up potentially losing money.

Sucks though, but it'll hopefully be better next year.

How are Nippon - Yasan for customs, if I were to throw a bunch of other stuff in my order?

They mark it down and as a gift by default, but ask for it in comments anyway. But if it's a big order, there's nothing to stop customs themselves to open it up and take a look, but they do everything they can to get it through.

MIght be LTTP but Rakuten are doing 'Get £50 off when you spend £350 or more!', code is SPEND350.

Could be handy for the PS4/X1 bundles, especially the X1 + Halo Master Chief Collection, Alien Isolation, Murdered Soul Suspect, Wolfenstein, Call Of Duty Ghost & Forza 5 GOTY Download £400 bundle.

Is Nippon-Yasan the cheapest place to buy a Dualshock 4 controller? It's around 44 euro with the cheapest delivery option to Denmark.
