Source, please? Anyway, if that's true, it seems everybody in Russia and German were pronouncing it right, with a distinctive [k]. And now I feel sorry and stupid for mocking people for this.

Knack sold more than Forza Horizon 2 and Sunset Overdrive, so clearly it is the superior game. Anyone that disagrees needs to get their head checked.

The local co-op was fun for a few hours, but then quickly became boring as hell and felt like a chore. I can only see the same damn rooms copy and pasted for so long...
 
It was ok. Bit too long. Not enough likable characters for a mascot platformer. A solid launch title. Co-op was a bit busted, but better than nothing.

Knack was tough. I loved the game but it was brutal on my anger... Then I beat the game and thought cool I played it on the hardest difficulty so it shouldn't be hard to plat. What. The. Fuck....another difficulty level...shit... I'm waiting on the Plus version for another run at it. :)

This game must be really something special when all you need to do to defend it is post annoying gifs and memes.

Knack fans are like the Gaming side equivalent of PopGAF.
 
Having not played it, does the game have anything cool about its mechanics or is it just string-of-pearls level design with hack-n-slash combat like the GB quicklook made it look? Maybe it gets better later on?

nope . Knack becomes more dumber and grows into a big ugly monster with a deep ass unfitting voice.

Nah its like that the entire time. I imagine most of the hype is that its a playstation exclusive and not the actual quality of the game.

Yes, because as in a fuckton of place Knack was bundled with the PS4, a very successful console.

I played it recently and thought it was alright, not too bad. Pretending it outsold Super fucking Mario or that it would have any merit doing so even for shits and giggles makes absolutely no sense.

You're better off setting up your PS2 and playing Vexx, Sphinx, Ty the Tasmanian Tiger, Scaler or Ruff Trigger instead.
