GAME have dispatched my FOX Amiibo. Whoop.

I don't actually own any Nintendo consoles. But I couldn't resist. I've waited over twenty years for some decent Fox McCloud merch.

Ahaha yeah I had that exact same problem. I went to Agos yesterday and the lady at the till said:
"Oh they seem to be £9999 each". Then jokes and such, but it all worked out in the end and I got all the ones I selected. No idea what's up with Argos but they're the best place to buy them quickly. That being said, Pit was only available after 4PM so I ordered online instead(from somewhere else).
Tescos have a good price but I'm not going to get my Captain Falcon until Jan 5th. I'm not too bothered and kinda my fault for leaving it this late but I only just realised Captain Falcon is getting a little bit rarer so may as well get him out the way.
I'm gonna go to Toys 'R Us tomorrow and try and to grab a WFT and maybe more to sell on....dunno yet.

I ordered Falcon online when he was available yesterday on Gamestop, got charged, and confirmation email, still yet to ship though...
 
gamestop.com said a local gs had pit in stock. went in, said people called the day before and had it set in back for them. Great that gamestop does this for people, but really annoying that it shows "in stock" yet you can't actually buy it.

hope toysrus.com pulls through on my order...

I am gonna try to reach out to Bluth again, but if things don't work out, I will take it to the trade/sell thread on community 24 USD paypal gift shipped in the continental USA in a bubble envelope OR, if you are a stickler for the box (I'm not, I wanna use them and it's impossible to not bastardize the packaging and open them anyways), 22 USD plus the cost of a good box to ship it in.

Still haven't seen any movement on the lucario I got on their eBay store. I expect it to be canceled, as they have a bunch of negative feedbacks for doing that.

My friend tried to go to his local gamestop, it said "In stock" for them, but when he got there it was all for reserved. Even when it said low stock on the site I went to that gamestop and they didn't even have it =[

Bought Pit, Falcon, and Luigi from EB in the Toronto area. Probably every store in Ontario got them today. I own every figure so far, all bought from local stores.

Not planning to ever use Falcon. I hate him so bad.
 
im praying pre-orders for Bowser, Sonic, Mega Man, King Dedede, and Ike will still be available for pre-order at gamestop stores when i get paid this friday im already upset i missed out on the ones i wanted from wave 2 cause i couldnt get a pre-order in time.
 
The marth I saw today... which I DID NOT BUY simply because I have one shipping from japan already. was a bit bummed, but you gotta do what you gotta do... can't cross your fingers and hope you'll get lucky like this.

(please don't ask me to buy it and ship it to you, I promise you it probably sold out within that hour and I can't make it back to the store until tomorrow morning at the earliest)

 
Oh wow, stores are starting to look like they were looted, but only in the Amiibo section.

Almost all racks had 2 to 3 figures on each hanger and now there's about 3 or 4 scattered around, hanging in weird ways and what-not.

I think I'm avoiding stores until the new year or so.

I hear man! I loved kid Icarus Uprising. I have two copies of the game. One is for gaming and the other is factory sealed for collection reasons (it's stupid hard to find a physical copy that is not opened). I was even able to find a strategy guide for that game which seemed pretty dam rare. I don't own any figmas.....yet. Maybe someday soon. :D

Cant wait for Pittoo and the Goddess of Light (didn't even attempt to spell because I knew I'd spell it wrong.)

Got Little Mac and found a Captain Falcon today! Pretty lucky as there was only 3 left at the store with one of them having been opened. (The figure inside was good which made it upsetting too)
 
Got Captain Falcon at GS! Check your local store with the store finder, and call them to make sure. They had some in the back so I just went by and picked him up because I pre-ordered him.

I might get Pit. *crosses fingers*

I'm not sure what the situation is here so this doesn't pertain to this specifically, but yeah, if you ask a gaffer to buy something for you, you're a pretty shitty person if you back out.

I saw somebody do that a few days back, said they found one close by so never mind. Well too bad if that person already bought it for you. Wait for them to ship it like a reasonable person or buy two and sell one later but somebody is doing something nice, for you, because you asked them to and spending their money to boot. You don't just get to "back out".

Same here, so I called around the EB's and picked up a Pit today, thank god, as I highly doubt Amazon.ca will have enough to cover preorders, if they ever get any stock in at all that is.
 
IT HAPPENED went to local target and just as I longlily looked at the amiibo selection they had +3 links and 1 mario) a guy eith boxes passed by and askes me if I was looking for anything in specific, asked if they had Falcon and he said the shipment was literally in his hands.

Asked if those were anyone else's preorders, he went to ask, and returned aaying I could take it.

I saw for Falcons in the box, there's 3 left now.

He said thwre werw Diddies and Luigis too, if anyone else ia lookinf for any of these its at Target on Pembroke Pines, FL, next to the mall.
