Yes we have....IGN has an artcle about it where sony says to follow there support on twitter for updates, they have also posted the are working on it and will let us know when it is restored.

PS3 PSN has been working fine for a while now. I think the "free" destiny is on PS3 though I can't confirm since I don't have a PS3 anymore. Also the pic does say "gratis" on both the Demo and the full version of destiny which means "free" in spanish. Though on second view, it seems like the OS language is in german or some form of scandinavian language, so it could all be bullshit.

Something that I think is weird though, when I was trying to log in on PS4 PSN before I at least got to input my ID and password and then I proceed to try to log in on the servers only to get rejected. Now I can't even input the login and password anymore.
