And how can we get this point across to make them mad enough to make a mistake? Between the opinions here and the Dark Knight posts and my previous post about them being tech savvy, computer-babysat kids with low influence parents paint quite the obvious picture as to what motivates these individuals. Start a twitter campaign.

I can find hundreds such tweets in just the last minute. Thousands if I expand it to 10 minutes.

Xbox Live may be working for some, but not all. However, PSN is showing far more issues (on the PS4 side, with intermittant on PSV and PS3).

It isn't a clear-cut case of just "one is working the other isn't." This is still the post Christmas rush too. Last year it was a few days of wobbly for both systems, but I think people forget that.

There is no direct evidence that either is still under DDoS, but only because nobody is claiming to be DDoSing at the moment.

What else can they say? If they're working on restoring it they're working on restoring it. Even a live blog with up to the second posts wouldn't be able to provide any more information. If you think they're lying about working on it you're ignorant to the amount of money they're losing with the store being down. I don't know what some people expect, technicians giving detailed reports about exactly what they're doing?

Started installing Assasin's creed Unity on my new Xbox One this morning at 9am, so it's 8:21pm currently and it was at 81% 30 mins ago, but now the install has completly stopped. And WTF why is my xbox downloading at 400kbps when i have a 80Mbps connection. Never had issues installing games on my PS4. This is bullshit i was downloading at that speed the entire day. WTF MS? seriously....

True, good point.

Nobody will want to pay for it, unless they think they'll see huge returns for their investments. If the economy was like it was in the 90s during the Clinton years, then maybe. But not the way it is now or in the near-to-mid term.

I think this is interesting though, it's about companies that secure the main infrastructure of Internet2.
