I keep getting errors for PS3 but XBL seems to be working fine.

I don't know if I'm going to celebrate my paid membership resuming normal functionality after 3 days due to some pre-teens.

It has been explained numerous times why there is no simple fix for this. Asking for compensation for the time it was down is reasonable but asking it to not go down in the first place? It doesn't work that way. Your paid subscription does nothing to help with that. If you cannot handle that fact then you probably should play games on a service you don't pay for.

That site may be reputable, but I have no reason to believe that the author isn't just operating on assumptions about the age of the perpetrators, since he gives no reason not to assume that he is operating on assumptions.

Speaking to not you in particular, it's very likely a troll to target innocent people and manipulate/redirect ire. Everyone should be VERY critical of this stuff and not spread it either way. If you're using the web store, check your e-mail to make sure. It froze on the confirming payment screen for me, but I received e-mail confirmation that the transaction had gone through. When I reloaded the store, the games I purchased were listed as having been purchased.
