Thanks to this outage I haven't visited Xur once this weekend. At least Towerfall, FarCry 4 and Driveclub have kept me entertained but I have exotics to upgrade godammit.

Happening to me right now. I'm in the US. The secondary accounts work fine but because I logged out of my primary and have to sign in manually it won't sign in.

To be fair, Xbox Live was down for considerably longer than 14 hours. It was down, or intermittently down, for the past couple of days as well.

yea but they didn't they get back up quicker?

Downloading the PS3 version of Resogun (since it's a cross buy and I've had it on PS4 since launch).

But so far my PS4 still can't sign into PSN. (Chicago).

iirc PS3 and Vita use a different section almost. Because in the past it's been down on PS4 but up on those two.

Okay so even though my secondary accounts work my primary won't allow me to manual sign in. What's more baffling is performing a Internet test doesn't get past the PSN test. My internet is fine it successfully detects the Internet but won't complete the test and gives me a error while trying to test PSN even though I'm on PSN with friends list showing and everything. So while it is up to an extent I don't believe it's really all the way up at least it doesn't appear that way but I guess it's progress.
