Yeaaaaah but they're showing off a decent amount of the game and there's already some dub out there so IDK. And the demo is coming with a totally different game so I wouldn't read anything into that (and that game is a remaster so it should probably hit relatively early).

I believe Kagari has implied (or outright said) a few times that the demo's basically everything they have done so far.
With the game, you get a code that will grant you access to the demo whenever it releases.

Actually, I am not 100% sure it's a code, it might be a "launch through this game" thing like the Halo 5 beta or RE6 demo.

2014 wasn't disappointing unless you weren't paying attention and only playing the overhyped AAA stuff.

No game or developer is above releasing broken games now a days.
This year taught us that.
I'm generally a bigger fan of indie stuff than AAA, but I still consider 2014 as a pretty disappointing year in games. Just not enough stuff that I considered great, and I think I pay attention and play stuff that's not AAA.

The problem with 2014 is there were so few 1-5s and so many 5-10s

Nah, as long as it's in Early Access now it was eligible, regardless of when it entered EA. Might've been an oversight on their part.
Am I the only one who really doesn't think zelda will be out in 2015? Have Nintendo hit there first date for any of their big wii u games?
