Oh, I understand, but there's a chance that they may return or they will be gone forever?
Possibility #1 is the licence expired, but seeing as Colonial Marines disappeared at the same time and Aliens is included in the Alien licence, I think Sega gave up AvP voluntarily and also negotiated a deal that allowed it to receive a partial refund on the cost of the Alien licence if it gave up Aliens in particular.

That sounds reasonable, so probably Alien Isolation will be the next? (Maybe next year)?
Doubtful. Just released this October.
Pretty much no chance. Maybe a slim one at best.
Sega acquired the Alien licence in 2006 but there's no saying when the deal expires. Isolation was well-received, though, so I don't see Sega dropping Alien on a whim.
