Eh? 90% of printers nowadays are wireless so you really don't even need a USB cable. There's a big difference between a proprietary charging cable vs a universal connector cable.
The lack of a game doesn't matter since near every Nintendo special 3DS has been like that. That's no big deal.
The AC adapter being gone is just bonkers. Even more so because its standard practice by Nintendo in other countries apparently. It not consumer friendly at all and no other company to my knowledge sells non-battery powered electronics without providing the necessary components to power it. I don't even see a reason for it honestly. I can see this being a huge pain in the ass for any parent trying to buy this system for their kid.

It's still a dumb decision especially for cases where you have parents buying systems for their kids. Imagine getting a New 3DS for Christmas or something without a charger and having to wait to get one.
Like yeah, I own one, so I'm not too bothered by it personally, but it's not a consumer friendly decision. It just makes things needlessly complicated.
Monster Hunter comes preinstalled (at a higher cost of course no one's expecting the game to be free) and Majora's doesn't? Jesus fuck Nintendo

I splurged and spend $3 more for the OEM version. But I saved another dollar by ordering the slow shipping to put towards a Kindle Book. Look at me penny pinching!!

I'm not too broken up about the MM N3DS not having a charger simply because the chargers themselves are pretty cheap. If this was a Sony system the chargers would probably cost $25 and you'd have to spend another $30 on a proprietary memory card.

I've an American 3DS, but I'm in Europe. Thanks to Nintendo's archaic region locking an upgrade is pretty much essential. Charger broke and I'm here now. No idea what's satirical about that.
It's definitely stupid, but chargers are only 10 bucks at most. It's stupid but its not the end of the world or anything for me.
