Not sure if this was already posted but newegg has the listings (scroll down a bit to see them) for Wave 4 and the Super Mario line. However, they only seem to be a place holder as the preorders are not live yet. "Auto-Notify" link is all you'll get.
Just thought I'd post it since it's the only American site that, at the very least, acknowledges the Nintendo Direct announced amiibo.

Here they come. I also have a target preorder but have not received a cancellation... yet. If this turns into a cancellation of all target rosalina preorders, I'm just going to have to camp outside my local taget the day before.

Edit: My order, too, was placed on the 17th of December. Now my worry is turning into fear.
Mine was the same, if you go to your account and look at your orders it should show up like the image that was posted.

Also, re: Rosalina - she's been flipping in and out of availability on Amazon.de, but I couldn't get an order through. Worth watching.

I forgot about that individual but that would be quite amusing (but not at the expense of my own preorder... maybe just a little).
My hope is that if they do cancel all rosalina target preorders, they would open the preorders again with a 1-2 per customer limit. Stop these damn scalpers!
As far I'm aware it wasn't an act. Dude is crazy for sure but I don't think it was proven that he didn't? But I think its safe to assume he did it wouldn't be that hard or expensive. But if he didn't even better news.
Agreed personally I just want his cancelled I dont have the spare cash to buy 100 myself but I would just to ensure 99 people here got them lol (Id keep 1 for me

Well I paid with PayPal so they already took the money, it wasn't a payment issue. Just canceled.

Is it confirmed for February 1 though? Launching amiibo on a Sunday is an odd choice of date considering the original twelve launched on a Friday.
I think February 1 is their best guess. I'm betting is February 13.

I was at ToysRUs yesterday, looking for a Pit amiibo and the guy working the electronics section said,
"I didn't get any Pit or Captain Falcon in, but we have a bunch of boxes back here dated for February 1st."
He mentioned to me that shipments come in abundance in the beginning but hardly get sent afterwards.
My guess is, any day starting February 1st is worth checking with your stores.

Since I completed Wave 2 back in December, it's been so nice not stressing about amiibo. I feel the stress coming back, though, as I await Wave 4 and Mario Line pre-orders and still wondering if I will be able to get a Rosalina and whether my other store exclusive pre-orders will actually ship. It really shouldn't be this hard.

Called target and the brain dead representative said there was a problem with my payment.

Guess I'll be getting my ike and dedede cancellation before too long. Dont trust target for anything especially with PayPal orders. They seem to have no idea what they are doing.

Toys R Us seems to have problems with PayPal orders, as well. I've had a couple of order issues with them and PayPal. Frustrating because it's good to have their backup and not have to directly use a debit card.

The only exclusive I'm really worried about, for some reason, is Meta Knight. Rosalina is the only one I don't have on order but, as mentioned by someone above, I think she'll plentiful at least on that first day.
I walk into Best Buy and see about five amiibos total. This has been the case for quite a while now. Are they just going to have a heap of Meta Knights and nothing else? I'll be nervous until I see a "shipped" on my order.

The orders that got REALLY messed up from TRU were PayPal orders as well. I just don't think it's safe to pay for these things with PayPal for some reason. Which is just great because I have nearly full sets of wave 3 at Gamestop, Walmart, and TRU... all paid with PayPal :/

I'm wondering if I should cancel my Amazon France order for Marth, Lucario and WFT. I only made the order because Marth at the time didn't look to get a restock. But now it seems like Marth and perhaps other amiibos will be restocked when wave 3 comes out.
So now I'm wondering if I should just wait for the restock or if I should keep the order in case I can't find Marth.

I made a deal with myself that I won't pay more than retail for these. I managed to get a Marth from game.UK for retail (yeah, it was a little extra with overseas shipping but the figure was the same price). If you really want a particular figure, just check out /r/amiibo. They are pretty good with updating stock and all that.
I would also wait until you know if Lucario is hard to get. I know he's TRU exclusive, but who knows if he will actually be rare, you know?
Wii Fit Trainer is a relatively cheap import, should you go that route. I don't think she will get a reprint because I don't see her game compatibility being utilized outside of Smash, but that's me.
So, for me, sit on Marth and wait for a retail price, sit on Lucario to see if he is actually hard to get come release and maybe import Wii Fit Trainer should you really need her.

after this target fiasco im kind of sick and tired of dealing with the rarity and everything being bought up by scalpers. I might just sell my captain falcon and any others that get high demand and keep the few common ones I have.
It'd be nice to get ness and everything but i imagine he will be impossible too. Oh well.

My guide is retail+50% max., with retail over here being pretty much £10-10.99. I've missed some chances to preorder, and being able to fill a gap by spending a couple of quid more is fine - and it also means I can afford to order from places like Amazon.de, as shipping to the UK pulls it in at my max. - but it limits me from making silly impulse buys just because I see something is available NOW ("Wow, Marth for £25 plus P&P and it ships tomorrow!") and encourages me to be patient and watch for bargains.
I couldn't imagine paying the £30+ some scalpers are asking for.
