There are multiple #chan boards all using the original Japanese 2chan as a base, but 2chan and 4chan are far and away the most popular I believe.

I'm kind of surprised 11 and a half years running 4chan is still seen as the big evil site when by now it's not all that different from a lot of forums, or ever really was, especially anonymous ones.
