So, if places in the US are releasing some of these figures, does anyone know why preorders aren't shipping yet? I preordered Toon Link, but he's just... sitting in a warehouse somewhere.
 
When I went to my TRU with my fiance, they sold out of Shiek at all the stores. I was surprised. They wouldn't give us Lucario, as they said it was out on the 1st.
 
Okay soooo....Amazon sent me a estimated delivery email for Bowser. It says March 2nd.

Street date is the 30th don't let them lie to you...
But don't worry about Lucario I got 2 ordered and 1 is yours.

TRU is selling them I just picked up a bowser at a TRU off the beaten path today.
As Byron said just those few but its also all they have per say I bet by the 1st we see the rest at TRUs... minus Shulk, Rosalina, and Meta-Knight of course...
 
So does anyone know how long TRU is supposed to hold preorders in store before they are fair game?

Figured this will be important for some...

Ah thanks. The TRU I had, had plenty. So I should be able to get one on release date. I'm confused about it being the 30th though. Wish it was the 1st like every other store. This is just going to be more confusing.
 
So, if you've read my last post, you would know the situation that I find myself in. I've cancelled everything I've had on preorder, from amiibos to the few games I actually had interest in. No way I can afford anything other than food at this point.

Now to top it all off, my little brother and I were spending most of our nights at my deceased Uncle's place, trying to clear out his stuff. Well, a few nights back, while we were away doing this, someone broke into my home. Stole some jewellry, dvd player, and our computer screen. They also stole my little brothers 3DSXL and his DS/3DS games, and his Pit Figma. He loved that figma, and the 3DSXL was one of the last things that his Uncle had got for him, so it has sentimental value.

Why do people do this? Not only that when we do go out now, he's scared to come back into the house, thinking that there might be somebody in there. I just really wish that whoever did this will someday have the same happen to them to see how it feels. We have always had a hard life when it comes to money, so the things we bought took us a long time to get, and to have them just taken like this really hurts.

Just wanted to vent a little. Thanks for listening.

Cool still don't worry about it my store had 12 sheiks in the back all were on preorder though so idk if its the same situation for you with Lucario?

But as I said don't worry I got your back if you don't get one.

Oh man, that sucks. I know how you feel. About 2 years ago someone broke into my store and stole all my games and consoles. My Wii U, my friends copy of paper mario GC, Fire Emblem PoR and my Golden Wiimote that I absolutely loved. paper mario was my GF favorite game and since then we have moved to another location and reforced the security on the place, and even when we had video evidence of who the guy was we never found him, its the absolute worst.

Thieves are the scum of the earth and they deserve to suffer double what they have inficted on others, be strong, remember that at least they just took material stuff and no one was hurt, even if it sounds like little its better than nothing.

Sup Amiibo GAF. I just hit my local Toys R Us. Got a Toon Link, 2 Bowsers, and 3 CAPTAIN FALCONS

Meadowbrook WV. Near the Pennsylvania border.

Also I am now about to sell my haul on Amazon. I got a shitload of student loans and I plan on making as large a dent as I can this year to get my debt to income ratio down as low as possible to get a decent loan finance rate. Any bit I don't owe is more I can use on a down deposit and the more on the down deposit the lower my finance charges and the better the house! Scalping like mad since my local Toys R Us is in the middle of nowhere and I keep finding stuff I can pull profits and make payments with.

Goin all in on this dream. Here is the haul.

Marth, Villager, Wii Fit Trainer, Little Mac, Fox, Zelda, 4 Captain Falcons, 2 Bowsers, Toon Link.

I saw at least 30 Bowser at TRU the other day. They're super easy to find right now. I'm hoping Best Buy stocks them well so I can save a few bucks, but tempted to pick one up just in case.
 
Stopped at TRU just now and picked up Bowser and Toon Link. They had like 4 Toon Links and a ton of Bowsers. Canceled my amazon preorders for those- now to just wait on the rest!

My Grandparents just were broken into as well they were lead around at gunpoint and asked to pick their valuables out. The man beat my grandmother and held a gun to her head to make them drive him to his getaway spot... this all happened last weekend...

I totally understand how you feel and am so sorry for your losses. I wish I could do something to help but anywhom if you ever wanna talk let me know. I've been robbed myself recently also but to a lesser extent than either your or my grandparents cases.

I got Bowser and Toon Link paid for already on Amazon via a Amazon Kindle gift card...if I cancel them to try my luck finding them in the wild, how would Amazon refund me? Send me another card or put it all on the debit card I have on file with them?

Some of the eBay prices are insanely greedy. Glad to see them not selling, and even the wave 3's aren't selling at prices that would net scalpers just a few dollars profit. I hope it discourages some from doing this again when the full wave releases, although I'm sure the exclusives will be hoarded.

Man I really want that box, it looks mighty fine. But I'm already too far in collecting the seperate numbered blu-rays from the Ghibli collection.
