If I had money, shelf space, and a total lack of self control I'd buy like a million Disney Infinity figures. I check them out every time I look for amiibos and they look so great, but I really can't get into another series. >.<
Until the inevitable 3.0 with Star Wars characters at least...

The store I preordered with told me I could come get them, then when I got there they realised they were dated for tomorrow, but let me have them anyway since I had driven a long way. I'd love to give them a shout out based on that but don't want to get them into trouble hehe. In any case they won't be open til tomorrow now so nobody else would be able to do the same thing anyway.

Just not out yet. I'm a long time sonic fan and collector. I'd love to get him before his release in the states. Because it's now looking like we won't be getting him for a few weeks.
Well, I have to go pick up another set for someone else in the morning, and I think everything here is basically sold out on preorders, but if I see a spare Sonic in the store I could pick one up for you.
The only thing is, international shipping might mean you get him pretty close to release in the states anyway, heh.

Mightyape still has some for preorder. I swear they closed before but I guess they reopened some.

Yeh they did close them but perhaps some have been cancelled because all except Ike, Shulk, and Mega Man are back up, for now.

I have 2 summer school classes tomorrow (@2 hour each). I can't risk waiting till I get back to my local store to pick them up in case something goes wrong so I have to be there when they open at 9. I'm gonna be late for my first class at 10 since it's about an hour's bus ride from there but worth it.
I should've preordered more than one Shulk. Not even to scalp just to be sure I get the "better" one. Here's hoping there's spare stock tomorrow so I can switch.

Also the dude at the register knew about amiibo. Talked to me about how he also has to import them and stuff cause he got into the fever quite late like I am.

No word on WFT or Villager restocks ever happening at all. No hint of a date for Marth restocks.
I've currently got them all since I've preordered early for each wave and stores have been great at fulfilling them. I'll let you know if I manage to nab one in any case.
Lame. You should bring a sturdy cardboard box to keep them safe in all day. You in Auckland city for Uni? I'd offer your Amiibos a safe home for the day but I'm going to be at a wedding.
If it makes you feel better, both of our Shulks are great. The monado is at a different angle on each though, which is strange, but kinda cool too. Though I'm sure if you're in at opening there will be a spare there, fingers crossed!
I better go steal a box from Pak'n'save then.

Also I should've just bought that Pit on trademe for $60 when I still had the chance. My friend from America just lost her GS order so I'm out again and the one from GAME still hasn't shown up and I can't claim it lost for anothe 25 days. So now I'm just stalking trademe and ebay for whatever option I can get.

Yikes. Unfortuately Pit is the only rare I didn't pick up a spare of. I've got spares of Marth, Villager and WFT, as well as Falcon, Little Mac and Diddy. I think when I got Wave 2 people were thinking Diddy was going to be rare but it turned out to be Pit.
Funny you should say that about GAME. They apparently shipped out some to me on December 16 but I haven't got them yet either :/

Which is absolutely Dumb. When the eventually Marth restock happens, I bet there won't even be an announcement, he'll just show up, and who knows how many will be floating out there.
As fun as it sounds (it actually does sound fun) I'm gonna be trekking around Auckland for like 6 hours so it wouldn't be much fun. I'm just gonna put them in my backpack as safely as I can and the rest that won't fit I'll just carry on hand.

Don't even get me started on GAME. I ordered these Amiibos with a gift card that took months to pry from their cold dead hands because they ripped me off on another order. It'll just be the icing on the cake if these go missing.

We aren't favored at all, we get low stock of everything and no restocks as far as I can tell. Even though we get all of wave 3, I expect it all to be gone quickly and gonna be super hard to find some of the rares.

You mean the West Island? Yeah they're part of NZ too. Dunno much about the Pokemon TCG but it seemed to be popular when I went to Armageddon last year.
