Looks deader than dead now.

Maybe it wouldn't hurt if they released a demo
11% now...
I could see that being something that might turn this around. To be honest I think a lack of awareness is still the biggest problem.
They need to get PewDiePie to play a demo. Although I guess that dosn't come cheap...
The main character is gross.
Backed anyway based on pedigree.
One of the problems with crowdfunding is that a bad start can be a death sentence as would be backers see a campaign so far from its goal and think there's no point.
IGN wrote stories on the game in the past, but for whatever reason have yet to do one on the Kickstarter. Other outlets like Kotaku, Gamespot and Joystiq (RIP) haven't covered it either.
Well, not even the thread title mentions that people like Ito or Yamane are on board for this. :/
Hi everyone!
Were still trucking along with great updates in the days to come, but first, we wanted to share a message we received from one of our good friends. See for yourself!

I have to say, I have really high hopes for the first horror game to be created by the Clock Tower series Mr. Kono in 20 years. Considering all the fear hes been able inspire in his past works despite the limited technical resources available, I cant help but be excited to see what kind of an experience hes going to outdo himself with this time. And on top of that theres all the A-list staff he has onboard... I just cant wait!
I highly encourage everyone out there to support this project.

+1 one to add some marketing in this thread title
"Clock Tower, Silent Hill, Evil Within staff team up for NightCry "
Backed but I didn't even know anything about this kickstarter until I stumbled across this thread.

Can't wait!IMO I really hope they have a playable demo or a gameplay video or something that gets some more attention.
I don't understand why there is a dildo on the poster - what gives?
Welp, now you've ruined it.
Need to ask. If the KS didn't meet target, what will happen? Will they refund?
Why on earth isn't the Silent Hill fanbase on this?
Looks rough (understandable) but the music and sound effects are amazing
Maybe this thread would get more traction if that's included in the thread title. Why on earth isn't the Silent Hill fanbase on this?

The silent hill fanbase has awful taste for the most part. I'm just content with getting it on vita since I have no interest in a pc version so the kickstarter really doesn't appeal to me. If we were talking about a console port I'd have backed it by now.
A console port probably wouldn't be that out of the question if the PC port is successful enough to fund those. The silent hill fanbase has awful taste for the most part.
