I really hate it when a game gets a lot of gameplay videos.

Well in Germany there is a steelbook edition exclusively being sold by Amazon.de, but I don't know if 'exclusive' applies to worldwide in this case.

Btw, I will be in Florida (few days in Miami, few days in Tampa) from February 18th until March 3rd, so I'm thinking about getting the game in the states. Where would I go for the best price? Gamestop? Maybe Walmart?
 
The last few pages of this thread have been hilarious but those new gifs are too spoilery for my liking!

But damn does this game look beautiful.
 
Am I the only one thinking that the 2.39:1 format is stupid? Why on earth did someone come up with the idea of using this in games?

Whats wrong with that? Most games give out the first trophy within the first few minutes. For data collection purposes. (X players have started playing the game.)

Based on my limited playing of video games on Playstation systems I haven't made the experience that most games do that.

And I usually play every game I purchase for at least a few minutes.

That much is true, but trust me you feel the difference in content when you're doing the art gallery walk of a true 5-7 hour game vs. a 10-12 hour game. Vastly different exposure :P

I don't mind single player games, I want devs to focus on what they're good at and do it as best as they can. But if you know you're making a single player focused game heavy on the cinematics (means lots of non-gameplay moments) and low on replay value, I think it is important you try to at least hit that 8-10 hour mark for a normal playthrough.

Haven't looked myself but I read it was a 10 headshot during blacksight trophy that he got first, the trophy list doesn't have story progression trophies.

It was the same for The Last of Us, I believe. The first trophy most people got was 'craft every item', and I don't you can even get it until like 40% of the way through.

...hmmmm. That and the rebel leader pic posted earlier pretty much confirms that the leader of the rebels is an indian girl.
 
I clicked on the spoilers because I am weak. They are some major spoilers, but oh my god, I'm now 100x more excited for this game.
