Out of nowhere? I half consider this a Yuri series. Remember how the first chapter was about them looking at each others vaginas?
even the tits and ass got boring man. washed up mangaka is a washed up mangaka, i dont see why he's continuing, his passion and attention for detail are now gone in the manga. i used to remember reading the first breakers and enjoying it greatly cause it was unique and very different, now its just a pile of crap.
Yeah, I really liked The Breaker, but I kind of petered out with New Waves a few chapters after I caught up. The main thing that was keeping me reading was the waifu "just as keikaku" girl, but she kept showing up less and less. The main storyline seemed like it was going off the rails.

Oddly i could barely force myself to read through the first Breaker, and only did so because a friend kept asking me to, and yet i've a much easier time following New Waves. No idea why.
Weird thing is that the same thing that happened to you happened to him, dude loved the first, but couldn't stand the second.
Went looking for New Waves sales numbers to try and determine why it keeps going, and... what? South Korea has already made digital manhwa delivery real? Huh.
Can't get over the fact that he actually wrote a character named Cool Guy.

Once i finally determined what you were talking about, i had to rewrite this post 5 times to resist the urge of commenting about your age.
Don't really know why I continue. I guess I do really want more of the back story or for Satellizer/Kazuya to become a full couple. Or something. Because I'm pretty bored by it and have been for quite a while.

The reason I can still read it is because it's still enjoyable and it's better than some other Shonen series.
Plus it has Jinnie who has a unique character design, so it's worth it.
Sera is the behind the scenes puppetmaster, right? Love her.

Sorry as much as I like Sera her design looks too bland. Reminds me too much of those Hime type of character designs.
I mean for Jinnie she has that wild reddish style hair going for her which looks really great. So personally I feel she has the better character design.

decided to finally check out Attack on titan. upto chapter 12.
All that hype for this? Shounen manga truly is suffering from good writers. I like the action but the story is trying too much too quickly. But i do commend it from barely becoming being a child's fanfiction. barely it saves itself. mayne ill should just read on and hopefully it gets better.

It got boring too fast too soon. a common problem with manga who tries to to do too much too fast.
up 10 chapters. I like the action but i honestly cant give a shit about the story. the story and its pacing are weakspots in what could be a decent shounen.
AoT will fit right alongside Bleach. nothing wrong with being as good as bleach. at least the writing isnt as bad as bleach but kubo wins in artstyle.

Yet unlike many, still stands serving a reminder of Gintoki's failures. A ghost of a past he has not truly beaten. He lost recent battles but can you really say Gintoki won against him? He had gintoki kill his own teacher. Gintoki lost many friends in the war, no doubt some to this very man and his league. Despite Gintoki's efforts, the shogun died anyways. Despite beating him in combat, Oboro still stands and reminds Gintoki that despite all he accomplishes, he can only howl at the heavens because Gintoki may win battles, but loses what he was trying to protect. win the battle but lose the war.
in this regard I think of Oboro as Gintoki's greatest Nemesis.
When Gintoki finally defeats Oboro not only in combat, but win the war and overcoming his past, finally settling all the failures he has went through all this time, it will be his greatest victory imo.
or maybe im overthinking it.
I look forward to his increased involvement.
