Well for me it comes from having an extremely dysfunctional family, so I think that could play a big role with other people. I would never do such a such a thing, but that's why I'm into it.
 
It seems like half the videos on xvideos home page at any given time are fake incest videos. I find the concept pretty lame but I'll still watch them if the thumbnails catch my eye. I guess I'm part of the problem?
 
I think it's really two-fold. Obviously, it's a taboo, so people may be drawn to it if only out of curiosity. However, what is much more important imo is the implied intimacy. Sometimes it's nice to see porn where the characters aren't just random strangers that suddenly decided to have sex.

That has reminded me of something. I've always found that scene in Face/Off weird.

Obviously he isn't actually her father, but there are sexual overtones to that scene, and when he goes close to her I also get a kind of incestuous vibe to it. It's ambiguous really, but I always get the feeling it is being subtly suggested.
 
I've noticed an influx of 'Mom and daughter tagteam the boyfriend' videos.

I don't use porn all that often
(or think about sex)
but when I do, I will occasionally read some erotic fiction dealing with this subject. I do have a sister and we are about 13 months apart. She is a very pretty woman, but I don't find her attractive in the slightest. I cannot see that part of her -it just doesn't exist.

With that being said, I can imagine what it would be like if she came at me in a suggestive way and it would be SO AWKWARD. Nothing would ever be more awkward than that situation. What is nice about incestuous pornography is that I can bring that feeling, a very real feeling of awkwardness / uncomfortableness, to a relationship that is under a different circumstance and explore / experience it there. It makes fake people having fake sex a little bit more interesting.

On a side note, I tend to view sibling incest differently from mother/son, etc. Sibling tends to be more about the sex aspect of it. It falls more into the area of coercion for some reason. Mother/son tends to be more in line with unconditional love. The mother loves the son in absolute terms, accepts him, would do anything for him, etc. There is really only that 1 line left to be crossed. I find stories that deal with that sort of dynamic to be interesting.

I don't know if I would consider this a fetish for me or not. Honestly, it seems just like another option in a sea of them.
