First, this is just one study and over a relatively short period of time. Second, it's given in percentage growth, which can often be misleading. If 2 people were searching for incest porn last week and 5 people are this week, that represents 150% growth in searches. As to the topic at hand; without personally sharing this fetish, I've found a lot of sexual fetishes can be explained as an attraction to wantonness.
