Hey guys.
The game is remarkable. I'm still stuck in the first area and can't beat the second boss but wow.....it's so polished....so....different from anything I have played that I am REALLY hooked. When I'm not playing it Im thinking about it.
In regards to trophies, a few popped but The game is not visible in the trophy list. I assume closer to launch it will sync up with psn but will my trophies show as well? Or be lost in limbo?
Btw I think the OT should have the line i said earlier since it's quite coincidental that one of thr first gaffers to get it was myself...while being oblivious to the soules series.

Cool, glad to see a happy new fan.
As a big Souls fan this tells me everything I needed to know about this game, impressions wise. I still remember playing the previous Souls games and waking up an hour earlier so I can play a little more before going to work...even 30 minutes, just to have another go at something that's been on my mind from the previous day.

It seems like they stuck to a much tighter set of locations instead of having the player traverse mountains, swamps, etc., stuck to a smaller selection of items and weapons, etc.
There are swamps and snowy areas based on the trailers. The weapon and item count is not known yet but impression states that there are at least 14 unique melee weapons and the wiki lists 12 melee weapons and seven off-hand weapons.

The enemy I was referring to is the NPC he was fighting that was wielding a never before seen weapon. It's an indication of what PVP would be like.

7 days 21 hour 55 minutes , got the game on us psn so as i live in N. Ireland due to the time change in the states game unlocks an hour early. You should see my face after realizing it - long time souls fan here. Will devinitly be more active in the OT. Thanks to From Softwares design decisions and hype around the game i alredy have some first time souls players getting the game day one, oh it will be so much fun.
I was thinking about coop and the Watchword if it would be a good idea to have a universal one for lets say situations where none of your friends are online and one feels like not playing solo and engaging some games with fellow gaffers.

gets knocked off a bridge and into the sewers below. Now he's just exploring - it's an entirely different world down there. Giant rats, hidden gear, dark corridors. My god, this is beautiful.
