I timed it just now, took about 38 seconds. If only there was some fun lore to read during loading or something to keep you distracted it wouldn't seem so bad.

A guy in Toronto wanted $100 for the open copy that he was playing at the time. He said he'd sold a few already. After selling the open copy, he'd open a fresh copy for himself to continue his game. He logic seemed to be if he sold open copies, people couldn't resell them as profit, I guess.
