Wow, that hitbox stream quality is really good. And the shimmering seems to only be present on the fences with everything else being relatively clean. Damn, that looks good.

A European store. The patch is downloading very slowly, but it might be my connection.

Also, should I leave my PS4 on standby mode while I sleep, can it begin preloading on its own, or would downloads only automatically begin once the in-store timer runs out?

First time I've preordered with preloading option on PSN...and because I have a shitty connection, I need to be able to download as soon as possible.

Only problem would be time differences between the US and Europe...if it begins in the dead of the night where I live, I'd have to plan ahead my sleep schedule

I'm not adverse to watching the odd few mins stream of a game now and then but it sounds like some have viewed a large content of the game. Bosses being spoilt and generally the complete lack of surprise.

It's funny. Up until a week ago I had successfully avoided anything about this game trying to not be spoiled at all. Now I'm here trawling for dem streams and sitting around all day hoping to see the movsets of various weapons.

It does. Ruin it for me I mean. I just can't stop myself at this point.

Say I'm running around but haven't found a save point. I spend blood echoes and level, then go back to hunting, but die. Do I lose that level?

No. The only thing lost upon death is your unspent blood echoes, so spend them on levels or weapon upgrades when you have the chance.

Most of us only watch up until boss number 2, which is what we saw in the beta/alpha as well so it's not spoilerish.

The window is quite tight, but it seemed easy enough to pull off in the alpha.

Of course it's better to stay completely unspoiled. I wish I haven't seen some of the stuff I witnessed on stream. But people will still keep watching.

I think charge attack when you behind him and gunshots when he's infront of you.

Yeah, you have to be directly behind an enemy for the charge attack to stun them.

Other than using blood vials with triangle button?

When you are hit by an enemy notice the lighter colored part of your health bar. You have a short window of time to regain that health if you attack the enemy.
