Does anyone know if Eileen spawns in another area besides the rafters if you've already progressed past that area? I forgot all about her and now I'm trying to find her but she's not in that side area and I have no idea where she is.

Go to where you fought the second boss. Think that is where her second encounter is. You may be able to meet her in the Cathedral Ward near the lamp before that though. http://bloodborne.wiki.fextralife.com/Eileen+the+Crow

So I'm confused... Ludwig's Holy Blade says it scales with a B with Arcane, but when I put points into arcane it doesn't show my damage going up at all... Any idea why?

Just put points into Strength and, later, Skill. Arcane’s purpose seems dubious at best. I hope you didn’t commit that many levels to Arcane.

So now I'm hyped. ..when do I get this holy blade? Spoil away I don't care

Blade of Mercy defines risk reward. You have to get in really close to hit, which is very unwise for many bosses, but on enemy hunters or bosses where you can engage closely without issue, those things just absolutely ruin everything. Attack so fast they can't get a word in otherwise. And the dodge attack is REALLY powerful with them which helps compensate for their lack of range. Combined with the reach of the Threaded Cane (which I still use for most boss fights), it's an unbeatable combination. I want to try out the Burial Blade so badly but I just don't know if it can compete.

What in the hell was
the giant hand than picked me up and slammed me into the ground
just outside of the Cathederal Ward lamppost? I thought I found some weird visual glitch at first.

I'm wondering the same thing. Also showed me "frenzied" for the first time as I got back up with some life just to get slammed again.

Pff another 10 hours before I can start playing again, it has been a long time a game got me this excited again.

I'm 2 hours in the game with 1st boss down.

Completed all 3 other games and I can already tell this isn't going to be easier :-)

I chose the Cruel Fate class, which starts with the highest Arcane stat at 14, and highest Discovery at 119. The higher drop rate seems to be doing some good work, while my high Arcane stat has seemingly done nothing for me so far... but I'm hoping it will at some point lol

Weapons only scale off the highest stat that you have in whatever categories they are capable of. So if your Strength is higher than your Arcane it's going to use that for now.

Tried invading last night. Turns out it's not invading, but waiting to be accepted into someone's game, where he and 2 other buddies will then gang bang.

Is there no way to actually invade yet?

I have no idea what frenzy even does. Had the same thing happen to me and don't think it did anything. As for what that was:
you find out later in the game apparently.

You're not really supposed to go there yet. Something is actually picking you up and inflicting frenzy on you (which is a status effect you get fighting certain enemies late game that are so C'thulu ass they cause you to go a little crazy). What exactly is grabbing you will be revealed later.

That can't be completely true... If I raise my strength (which is at 16), it raises the damage. If I raise my skill (which is at 20), it raises the damage. Arcane is the only one that doesn't change it even though it shows scaling for that.

Teaching out in sweater pants... crazy

So I talked to that lady downstairs in that place you get abducted to with the gear she was wearing and told her about the chapel but she hasn't shown up. Does she later?

So I finally went to the prison just to check it out, if you wear the black church gear she's nice to you, otherwise she just tells you to go away. I love that!

Don't mess with my dude, he's seen some shit.

I'm trying to fight Father G again-and I rang my Beckoning Bell in front of his door. I'll only see you guys with the same password right?

No one is being summoned. :(

That's what I'd heard. It might just be that you can only scale off Arcane damage if the weapon deals non-Physical damage (which in that weapon's case would require a modification).

The arcane scaling is probably too low to increase damage with just one level up.

I'm about to farm 40.000 souls at the cathedral area for this babe. Beat the first two bosses. You think I should farm or get my souls a bit more 'naturally'?

Because while souls go up pretty fast when you go up the stairs, the enemies are pretty tough.

There we go,
Gehrman
has been defeated. Overall, I think it's a wonderful boss fight and is a pretty nice way to end the game. Now that that's over with, it's time to take a break from this. Probably won't even touch the game tomorrow so that I can just get other stuff done instead.

What armor is that?
Yharnam Hunter armor set. Theres a hat that I took off to take the picture. I don't remember how I got it exactly, I just went to the bath place and it was there to purchase. Pretty cheap to if I recall. I've since found two other armor sets I don't find worthwhile to replace what I have on.

Asked once, but does anyone know if you can open the door behind the Cleric Beast? I have gotten to the other side of it but still can't open it. It's not an important thing, but something that would complete the world a bit more.
