i did receive a hunter of hunters coin for doing so (and i can get all her gear from the dream now as well)

does it not make sense to continue to level up because you won't be able to find other competitive players who know what they are doing?

Beyond 125 level from what I can tell you don't get a lot of benefit out of your stats as the hard caps start kicking in.

After Father C transforms, I hit him or throw a molotov at him, and his health doesn't go down. I don't know what to do.

NVM, finally killed him.

It appears that he's immune as he transforms and for a few seconds afterwards. FYI for those that still need to kill him.

Just found Gatling guy last night. I was expecting a boss I guess because I didn't react fast enough. He carved me up after it took me all that time to get up there. Now, I've totally forgotten who I got up there and I'm running around like an idiot.

When you get to him again, try to push him off the ledge. He gets staggered easily so hack him repeatedly untill he falls to his death.

Summon other players just before you go into the boss fight (after trying solo a few times) , this has greatly increased the fun of the Souls series for me.

but I only saw her once (just outside the little church town where you send people) -- she told me not to go under the cathedral or something like that. then a bit later in the game I went to the boss room where the big llama girl was and eileen was there, going aggro on me. not sure why.

Sometimes enemies nearby will pick it up. Look for any of them in that area with glowing blue eyes and kill them to get it back

Look around for an enemy with glowing eyes. Kill them immediately. Some enemies will lap up your bloodstain when you die now, the dirty bastards.

A npc might have picked it up, find the one with the glowy eyes and have your glorious revenge to get your echoes back.

You have to kill the enemy that killed you,
sometimes you'll find it in the place where you die but its pretty rare
