So I hward NG+ is weak due to a lack of loot and items. I wonder about replayability

Is this game getting any sizeable DLC content that adds more?

I kniw chalice dungeons are a big component, but Ill take crafted new levels and expanded items if it ever happens

I dont see myself caring much for chalice, I have to imagine it falls victim to typical randomly generated dungeon flaws?

All I've heard about him is bitching... I'm scared.

Yeah, it's tricky. Try taking out all the
smaller spiders
before attacking
Rom
. There will be three or four phases, then you just have to get the evasion movement down for his attacks and it wil be easier

Where should I be going after beating the Witch?

I tried Paarl again, but still getting my butt kicked.

Forbidden Forest

Guys, what is your current level? Interested in seeing your stats. Here's my current level:

I'm playing a Skill build, so I'm gonna take my Skill up to 50. I'll take Arcane to 15 so I can use a certain item, still unsure about Bloodtinge.

How?

These Chalice dungeons can be downright mean. I was searching for the Hintertomb Chalice when I crawled up a ladder to a small bit of land with a door on the right. Inside the door must've been about 15 enemies: a mix of zombies, dogs, plus a fat guy. While I'm dealing with the zombies, a dog knocks me off the ledge, then lands on me which stuns me, and finally, the fat guy comes down to join us. I feel like two weapon swings is the sweet spot for killing the lessers, and my weapon requires three, and that's making it tough.

Well, at least I got the Hintertomb Chalice.

Which is the better one to rank up, strength or skill? My strength is way higher than skill, but I don't know if I should be doing that.

I enjoyed this game. Beat it in 23 hours. I checked the wiki and it listed 2 bosses I didn't encounter. My least favorite moment A moment that I liked.

I notice that because I thought this was going to be the hardest game ever that I would try to play accordingly. What happened was that I played too hard and the bosses were easy but getting there became the real struggle.

Depends on the weapon you like using. All require a certain amount of Strength and Skill to equip, and then some scale better with one of the two stats.

Had my first PVP match in front of BSB's fog door. I rang the Sinister bell, and got invaded. Overall, it was nice. No lag, we both bowed and went at it. It was close, but i ended up winning. The fight itself was comparable to the fighting the Hunter in Old Yharnam. 10/10 would be invaded again.

Vit 25
End 26
Str 33
Sk 12
Bl 7
Ar 9

I started as a waste of skin and i'm going for strength build. I wish the Axe had better Str scaling because its my favorite weapon.

I'm using the saw cleaver still. I've mostly been going based on what stats get boosted, but then I realized my strength is at lvl 25 and skill is at like 15.

It all depends on whether you want to use a Strength or a Skill weapon
Where is the
Lunarium
Key? Where can I find it? (short description would be nice :P ) I don't want to get the bug.
It's in the area before Rom. There's a building you go in and you just have to climb to the top and it's in a chest.

I'm really, really excited to see impressions on the enemies in the second half of the game from everyone. They become absolutely hellish looking and scary as shit. The designs in this game are better than any Souls game by far.

if you rang the sinister bell you are the invader, not the invaded..

Lost solo to BSB five times now

Soooo tempted to call in help, but I dont want to ruin the experience for myself

Parrying destroys him. I'd just stand right up in his face wait for his swipe and shoot him in the face. He'll sometimes do that leap attack and I'd just dodge that.

Huge spoiler incoming.

Holy fucking shit! I can't believe
magic
is actually in the game!
How has that has not been spoiled yet by anyone is crazy. Maybe I'm just spending too much time actually playing lol.
Yea it's in the game but you get it hella late in the game.

Is there a boss I'm supposed to be taking on after the
Cleric Beast?
I stumbled into
Gascoigne
by accident and it didn't feel like the right move. Also what a bitch of an arena huh?

Amelia is kicking my ass... What's the recommended level for this fight? I'm currently 28, I might go around and grind some blood echoes and level up some.

I've been impressed by pretty much every single enemy in this game.

Best enemy and boss designs ever in a videogame. Miyazaki truly is in a league of his own

Anyone wanna help on BSB? I got her a couple of times down to a sliver of health but Co Op will spare me some blood vial farm.

I got my bell already searching.

So I've come across Yahar'gul, Unseen Village now. First Rom, now
god damn cthulu monsters everywhere
? This game is doing a damn good job of creeping me the hell out.

It should be in the house in Byrgenwerth. I just got it.

Thanks!

@bug: The key won't be there if you summon other players in the
wood area
