Be like me run past them and continue life leech free. Some enemies aren't worth the time to kill based on their echo drop.
If you have any fire gems, slot them in your weapon. Vicar is weak to fire attacks.

Oh wow. No I never had that happen to me when I fought him. In my fight he would
glow purple/red in the second half and the deadliest thing he could do was a large jump like a Dragoon from Final Fantasy, launching into the air for several seconds before crashing down. Had sub 15 Insight as well.
Lots of weird AI behaviors in this game, some exploitative/beneficial while others are baaaaad.

I mean, I would love to do that... but I just looked through all the trophy pictures and they're all absolutely trash <,< like, they're either super blurry (because I'm dodging or/and rolling), or the screen is just completely black...

I think if you go to the
Grand Cathedral and turn left as you exit you can run down to where the Cthulu Spider is, and run underneath him through the doorway to get there.

I tried that with the lower basement guards through the doorways
they would glitch through the door lol

Yes, definitely in the first phase and maybe in the second if you're not taking much damage.

I think that was intentional so over aggressive enemies can't follow you too far.
The same happened the dudes and a dog outside the tomb secret passage on the way to Old Yharnam
Anyway, what's that set are you wearing? Where to get it?

Why does my Saw Cleaver do more damage than my Ludwig's Holy Blade? The cleaver says 117 + 15, while the blade says 140 + 34 for the attack.

Tip that you might already know
You have to hit the sword in the ground for the swords to stop flying, you can also just shoot it once and they stop.
Also I think I really fucked up ugh..

Dont think I can get the
true ending. I literally never noticed that thing to talk to by the cathedral ward lamp to send people to the odeon chapel, so I cant get the whore baby cord, and I killed the clinic girl too early. shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiet
